Every time my wife and I have been there the service has been absolutely awful! I don't know why they hate us so much! We went out to dinner March 5th 2025 waited in the doorway next to the bar for 3 to 5 minutes for an obviously open table. In that time a couple came in behind us as well as another couple. The waitress walked past us, wrote something on a piece of paper and seated the people who were behind us leaving us, all of the bar patrons, and anyone in the restaurant wondering what the hell just happened here??? just like an episode of what would you do!! As my wife and I walked across the parking lot to leave, the waitress as well as the couple behind us were saying go ahead you can have the table! Never again Atkins, never again.

We went on a regular weekday lunchtime. The waitress was great with a charming sense of humor. The foods she recommended were spot on, but to be honest, I think all of it would have been great. The bacon wrapped shrimp was sooo good. The crabcakes were more crab than bread, which is rare, and the oysters were very fresh and delicious. One of the highlights while sightseeing Waxahatchie!

We stopped in as we were just passing through, and boy, are we glad we did!! The seafood was fresh and cooked perfectly. The wait staff was super friendly and provided wonderful service! Their homemade key lime pie was to die for!! I highly recommend you stop here if you get a chance!

This food is too high for the portion size. I got the lobster roll today $20 on a tiny roll and they were quite stingy with the lobster mixture. I had more tots than anything. I don’t mind paying if there is value for my buck. I know of other places that have larger buttery rolls and plenty of the lobster mixture.

Such a great place to eat! I always get the special and soup of the day and am never disappointed! Today's special-Snapper Almondine with asparagus and rice pilaf; soup-shrimp and corn chowder!! I didn't have them today but the hush puppies are the best I have ever had! I don't eat them any where else. I try them but I never like them. Service is always exceptional, doesn't matter who serves us!!
Love, love their establisment. Well run family business managed well with super fresh seafood! Wifey and I love our trek into Waxahachie on our weekends!!?
