Bahama Buck's - Waxahachie

It was my first time trying bahama buck's and it was good something different I will be coming back to try something different. ☺️

Wrong order & snow cone had barely any syrup just tasted like ice.

I hadn’t been to a Bahama Bucks before. When I walked in and saw block shavers I had high hopes for some fluffy shave ice like in Hawaii. Nope. What I got was a whole bunch of syrup with a couple of ice nubs that hurt my teeth. I would compare this closer to a snow cone, then shave ice. Also, when I got the cup, it was so sticky that I had to wrap napkins around it and wash my hands.

Got my order wrong and then remade it with less syrup since they wasted it on the first one, gave me a snow cone with plenty flavorless spots. If possible I’d love a remake if I even consider coming back . Edit; they fixed it as promised and it was good! Thank you Regina 😊

DRIVE THRU TAKES FOREVER!!!! Sat in one spot for over 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time or money

Service has declined. Menu offerings are not as clear (or exciting) as I remember. We moved away and missed Bahama Bucks so we came on our visit. They discontinued the card punch, which is disappointing. Maybe it was the cashier, but I instantly regretted walking in. If my kids weren't with me I would have left without ordering.

Never disappoints!!!! There's a line on warm & hot days to prove it!

Waited (with no one in front of us) for more than 5 minutes while we saw our finished snocone sitting on the counter… this is a consistent issue.

30 minute wait in the drive thru line for 2 small drinks. Finally get to the window, they hand me one drink and disappear. 10 mins later I finally get the second drink. Wavebender tasted like a banana smoothie.

Soooo slow.. every single time. It wasn't even packed when we went and the wait time was too long. Will have to start visiting some of these local snocone shops...

And on top of that my order was incorrect

Great experience here! If there are concerns, they work to make amends! I appreciate this location. I am here very often. I will continue to return, especially, since I had an unfavorable experience at the Grand Prairie location. This is my go-to spot for a drive through snow cone. Yum!!

Always great service and delicious treats! And my kids enjoy playing the games they have as well. Definitely a favorite spot of ours.
