Great taste and portions big enough to take home for a lunch. BBQ holds its own without the need for BBQ sauce and that's the Texan standard. Great enviroment! Attentive wait staff. The company I work for usually gets sandwiches and bags of chips on Saturdays for the staff. Nice stop on US 287! Laura, did an AWESOME JOB!
We had them cater for over 100 people. We had them service sliders, jalapeños and sides. We had many compliments on how good it was. We thank them for pulling off great catering and great food for a good price. We had a lot leftovers so they made a lot of food for their price. We ended up with enough to donate to another event following day. So if you need an event catered call Blue Bonnet BBQ
Brisket was excellent. Tender, juicy, firm and seasoned very well. The waitress was very nice and helpful with all our questions. The price for what you get is great. 2 people could easily split a 2-3 meat plate.
