The girl manager of course on staff today with grey hair and glasses was rude and very unprofessional. My kids who are the ages between 5-10 stated “ no one deserves to be treated with that much disrespect”. I normally do not write reviews but I had such great service I felt compelled to acknowledge it. My family and I love Braums and come here often. The last several times we have come in, we were helped by a lovely young lady. She made some great suggestions to us that we loved instead of just getting our "regulars", she is always super friendly, and today when we had an issue with one of our malts that someone else had made, she immediatly appologized for the inconvienience,...
Sharah, the young lady who took my order was a pleasure to be around. She's very funny and, although they were very busy, she kept us entertained while still masterfully doing her job. Very impressive. She made our visit with the wait.
