I got in the wrong drive thru line bc I didn’t know there was a separate mobile order line. I’ve never seen that before! The girl came to tell me she couldn’t take my order, I was in the wrong line, and would have to sit in line and drive around again. She was rude and unaccommodating. I am a chick-fil-a fan, but this was terrible. They need to find a better way and understand people don’t know there is a mobile line

terrible service. My drink didn’t get ordered. I had sauces forgotten this happens all the time and then they put an extra fry that I didn’t even ask for. they were already giving me attitude to think that I would want to go back in and tell them how I didn’t ask for an extra fry and somehow they forgot to put my drink in the order, totally unhappy something always happens there. If I’m gonna go to Chick-fil-A, I’m gonna drive elsewhere.
