Chicken Express Waxahachie (Hachie 2)

We hit the drive thru for our dinner, (25 piece) guy at the window was able to take payment, being they was busy he asked us to pull forward for a few minutes, it too, them around 25 minutes to get out food to us as we watched several other vehicles go through the line. This was a bad night of service for us from them.

the last two times i’ve been my order has been messed up but the food was good. just annoying that it wasn’t correct the past two times but it is what it is

I had to wait 30mins for ? and it was not crispy at all. However, it wasn't too bad in flavor aside from the best part(skin) falling off. It was giving Williams on a drunk night wo as much salt. I never knew chicken Express sold bone in ?. Most locations I've been to were tenders only. So I definitely appreciated that extra option.

Waited almost 30 minutes for just one meal. I figured they were short staffed but I was wrong! When I got to the window, there were three other people working, not wearing gloves while handling food. The manager was sweeping and then stopped to work on orders without washing her hands or wearing gloves. ? I will not be going to this location again!!
