I'm not sure which employee thought this was good food quality to be served and sold to a customer. If I'm paying 5 dollars for guac, I would expect something fresh. Please don't take shortcuts, folks could get sick by consuming bad food.

Went in for a couple of things: Our daughter is stationed in Germany & she Loves Chipotle - she's also expecting her 2nd child. We asked if the employees could be in our video getting Chipotle & just say congrats Torri....the manager was not very pleasant in her answer which was the only thing we could record was the food. We were not allowed to record anything else. I'm sorry to say that she just wasn't very nice (with her tone) about the whole thing. We understand that businesses have rules, but it was just a simple request that could have been met with a simple & nice response, but apparently not, especially coming from a manager. The food wasn't bad, but it would be nice if they would make sure that the lettuce doesn't have the center cores in it either. They're not good to bite into & both of our meals had them in it.

I came today 08/09/25 to eat at this place. I ordered my chicken bowl. I was walking in line as they were preparing it. I asked her to please serve me more rice and she served me a pittance (it was the smallest bowl I’ve ever eaten). “I thought maybe she buys the food and that’s why she’s so stingy.” Just before I was about to pay, I told the lady in the photo to please make me a quesadilla and she in a very, very rude voice told me not to make it because I should “go back to the line.” Why? I haven’t even paid for the food I just ordered? And on top of that, I was already in line, so that’s why she was serving me. In other words, it was my turn to order whatever I wanted! There are definitely employees who do whatever they want and forget that the customers come to spend their money, not to ask for free! And it's because of us, the customers, that a restaurant succeeds or fails, like this restaurant, for example. Try not to come here because the service is terrible!

Came in and they were OUT of white rice for 25 min I had to wait. Simply don't understand how that happens with a main ingredient. The lady was annoyed that I was willing to wait for it and not just take the brown rice. There was also a girl working in the kitchen with her hair down and to the front.

I went to this location because the DeSoto location was closed. I was so annoyed that the young lady was literally SPRAYING the cleaner next to the containers of food as well as on the glass covers. She even had the nerve to tell us to back away from the counter so she could spray the outside glass as she walked in front of the customers. A couple of customers mentioned that we thought this was unsanitary but she did not seem to care. She was damn near rude and young and appeared to not care.

What is so hard about following simple directions??? White rice chicken cheese and sour cream. How hard is that to understand? $60 order went in the trash because your people aren't smart enough to follow simple, clear directions. Staff dont care what you want, only what they feel like doing.

This restaurant is specifically are very stinky with the portion of food you get they give you the bare minimum and whenever you ask for more they give you a nasty look. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are very greedy when it comes to portioning both the burritos and the bowls even if you ask for more they won’t give you more. I just ordered a bowl And they put literally six strings of lettuce and not even six pieces of chicken a half spoon of rice and a half spoon of beans I ended up walking out of the restaurant when I saw that the bowl was empty. Please check order chipotle in the nearby area, but this one is specifically is not worth your time or your money they won’t give you the right portion. They’re very stingy like their Portions come out of their paychecks. Please stay away from this place.
went to go try the new adobo ranch and i asked the woman very nicely after she completed my bowl she proceeded to give me the most sarcastic “yes of course!” and even frowned up afterwards i work customer service and i understand bad days but over some ranch was kinda crazy

Ordered an extra meat carnitas bowl through uber eats. This is what $20 got me. I had stopped going to this location but wanted to give another try. Ridiculous portion for the money spent.

Paid for double honey chicken; received less than a normal portion. I received barely any white rice; the bowl was the lightest ever! Ridiculous! Take out is not good. My husband’s brown rice was hard crunchy. The corn salsa tasted like butter. Please prepare better quality meals especially with the higher prices too. Bad Friday night takeout. Not good to waste money in this economy.
