Ordered an extra meat carnitas bowl through uber eats. This is what $20 got me. I had stopped going to this location but wanted to give another try. Ridiculous portion for the money spent.

Paid for double honey chicken; received less than a normal portion. I received barely any white rice; the bowl was the lightest ever! Ridiculous! Take out is not good. My husband’s brown rice was hard crunchy. The corn salsa tasted like butter. Please prepare better quality meals especially with the higher prices too. Bad Friday night takeout. Not good to waste money in this economy.

I love chipotle. Food is good, and ingredients are fresh. The only reason this review isn’t 5 stars is because at my last trip to this location, the portion sizes were MUCH smaller than normal (at other chipotle’s).
It had the feeling of intentionality too. Like “the manager wants to make sure our portions are light.” I don’t know if I imagined that, but I had to ask for “extra” rice, beans, corn, and cheese. When the employee did add “extra” it was the tiniest little pinch, and even after all that, the bowl was noticeably less full than when I usually order at other locations (without asking for “extra” anything). Even the cup of guacamole, he pressed the spoon down at the end and it left a big divot of air at the top (as well as the bottom where he didn’t fill it in).
Fix your portions - your prices are already higher than they used to be - and I’d give 5 stars. The food was very tasty!

Very impressed with the crew they had this time. I haven’t been here in a couple months because of a bad experience but it’s was like night and day. Very efficient I was in and out in less than 5/8 minutes during a lunch rush.

Probably one of THE Worst Chipotle locations in DFW.. Uptown (Mckinney Location in Dallas) is the worst.. The food line is always messy and looks so unappetizing to order.. employees scrambling running around confused.. it shouldn't take 20 mins to make 6 Different Bowls.. Food was very bland (as a person that generally PREFERS under-seasoned) I had to add salt..I Have given this location multiple chances ever since I moved to Waxahachie.. I am not returning.. My old Chipotle on Mockingbird (Medical District) could teach this location a thing or two about efficiency and consistency.

This is one of the best Chipotle locations that I’ve been too. The rice bowl was hot and fresh. The servers were friendly and generous with portions. Some of the other locations could learn from them. I will be returning.

Portion sizes are ridiculous. This chipotle is especially stingy with their portion sizes. Instead of getting a new batch of rice they will try and stretch what's left in the pot for 5 more bowls when there isn't truly enough rice left for one. If you want a full scoop of protein you can forget it. They automatically charge extra when you ask for more steak even is they didn't put a full scoop the first time. This has happened several times by multiple employees at this location. For the price they charge, an individual should be able to get a decent helping without begging for more each time.
