If I could give 0 stars I would!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dickeys. They changed owners 2 weeks ago and it wasn’t a slow decline it was completely to the bottom overnight. The staff were absolutely rude! Every single thing we ordered was inedible!! This is a Sunday and previously it would be packed out but today not one soul was in there. We will NOT be back and I encourage you to find anywhere else to eat but here.

Staff were very rude and unpleasant to be around. They no longer give rolls like they use too and fries were freshly dropped and they were VERY burnt. Baked potato was uncooked and meat was very dry. Mac and cheese was smoking but cold and dry. Same price if not more for WAY worse quality.

Ordered online, when I got there at my pickup time, it took an additional 30 mins for my food. Out of bbq sauce, got home and chicken old and dry we through it away, sliced brisket was so old and most the fat, also threw away. Was hopeful for the sausage but nope it was old as well. New ownership is advised, well it’s a disgusting place. Been coming here for years, sad to see it be this bad. Staff was running around clueless while the manager was no where to be seen. 1 star for everything, except my dog enjoyed it

MISSING ITEMS, A whole rack of ribs was missing from my order and I called and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it, the most expensive item at their menu and forgot to put it in the bag.

Establishment is old but very clean and the staff was very welcoming. It’s been at least 5 yrs since visiting a Dickey’s and I can assure you it will be another 5 the food is unforgivably bad, no flavor what so ever. I’m positive this was just thrown in some oven. No smoked flavor at all not even the smell of a BBQ establishment.

No maam food wasn't good. I didn't taste a hint of smoke on my chopped brisket sandwich. This is a one and done for me.

$35 DOLLAS LATER fries wet, sandwiches wet because they fixed the order, placed it in the bag, and tied it. So I do know that it was at least hot when it was packed thanks to all the condensation inside the bag upon me opening it up. So much that my hands needed to be wiped from the wetness. Order shows completed at 437pm my pickup time given for me to choose from was 5:00pm. So my food steamed an additional 30 plus minutes in the bag. Styrofoam container for the sandwiches probably would've preserved my sandwiches. The fries bag was way worse. Fries not crunchy or firm straight soft. See the picture you can see that they're wet. Sandwich wrapper wet too. I placed the fries in the oven in hopes to be able to eat them. I live 24mins/17 miles away so to get home and discover this, I was DISSAPOINTED to say the least.
I had a very amazing experience, the service was bonzer. The tasty food is a ripper. I highly recommend it.

I am extremely appreciative of Shane, the owner, as well as with Kaley, who I initially spoke with regarding the issue with my order. Their customer service was superb.
The short of the long, I placed an order, however, immediately I received a message from DoorDash stating, “no drivers available; you will receive a refund within 24 hours”. I immediately contacted the store and spoke with Kaylee, who in turn, contacted Shane. Shane call me immediately to resolve the issue. Shane Offered to re-make the meal so that DoorDash could pick the mail up and deliver it. Unfortunately, DoorDash Employee did not assist in any way, fashion, or form; quite disturbing. I’ll leave a separate review.

This is by far the best BBQ in town. Not only will you get excellent customer service. The prices or so good you will not believe it. EAT HERE! You will be more than satisfied!! Thank you Mr. Lupe!!
