Is there anyone that this place actually followed up with? Or is the canned reply to complaints a pretense to care?
Please be sure and have a policeman nearby when you order here since no one working here is familiar with honesty and integrity. We hadn't ordered from Dominoes for a very long time so tried them and ordered 2 pizzas advertised at $6.99 each on 12-6-24. We were charged regular price for both, we were disappointed, but didn't get upset. The young person didn't appear to know how to make the adjustment on the card so the supervisor on duty, Ashley said she would make it right the next visit so we extended grace. Ashley assured us not only was the incident entered in the system, she also put her initials on the receipt . Yesterday 12-16-24 only 10 days later not only has it been removed from the system, but the ultimate insult was the insinuation by the supervisor on duty that we or anybody could have put the initials on the receipt! The supervisor on duty said he called Ashley who was off and supposedly was told that she doesn't remember it! Today my husband called to place an order and after recognizing his voice the phone was hung up! Who operates a business with employees like this?

I waited until I had three bad experiences to leave a bad review. Poorly managed, the employees are just not equipped to make a decision, order is always missing something, and the longest wait time you can imagine. Done.

The pizza is awful here. My husband ordered 2 pizzas tonight. Got them home and the crust wasn’t cooked all the way through. The cheese wasn’t melted and the taste was horrible on both pizzas. We tried to give them another shot after the last mishap and we are so upset and hungry. We definitely won’t return and you shouldn’t either. Also there is only a voice recording answering calls so I couldn’t get in touch with anyone.

The automated call service screwed up the order then wouldn't let us correct it we finally get someone on the phone and she barely speaks English takes her address and says we don't deliver there and hangs up but we've had delivery here before the food is not worth a headache of trying to order from them

O my goodness...just on a whim I ordered Dominoes to drive it back 14 miles into my neighboring town. I couldn't stop at one peice...I had two and o my what a delight!!! Hey Waxahachie Dominoes Pizza ...you rock! O and the customer service at the store was stellar!!!
What a waste of money! My husband is from New York and I’m from Chicago, so we are used to great tasting pizza. We ordered the New York style pizza to try it out, which is supposed to be an XL pizza. We received a large that was cut in six slices, trying to make it seem like they’re larger slices than they are supposed to be. Not only were we cheated, the pizza tasted terrible! Will never order from here again.
