pizza was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes I placed the order at 7:22 right at the store at 7:38 the person in the window drive-thru told me they haven't even started on my order when it clearly says Orange Was preparing my pizza and I had like 3 minutes left but once I arrived at the drive-thru talking to him they said I still had 15 minutes and I'm traveling while ordering this pizza I refuse to wait it is a zero Stars

Ordered a carry out. The guy, , at the windows was rude right off of the bat. Then even after he spoke to someone he said was the manager, he refused to take cash for our order and even suggested that we go somewhere else if we didnt have another form of payment other than cash! So my Mom had to use her phone to pay for my order. Then, he tells us that our order will be ready in a minute and asks us to circle around the building to get in the back of the line, to get the food we already paid for. Currently it has been 9 more minutes, no response from the windows and still no food that we paid for already.

Walked in and ordered inside after sitting inside and waiting for 30 minutes. I walked up to the counter to see if my food was ready yet and they said it has been ready for 10 minutes yet nobody called my name. Also I ordered two different types of breadstick and they give you no sauce to dip it in??? Had to pay four dollars extra for dipping sauce, not too happy with this experience.

I don’t know if it was the wrong night or what but we waited almost 25 mins at the drive up window for order after blowing twice someone finally came who looked to may have been sleep didnt even offer an apology or explanation for the long wait the food was horrible which is insane because we just order last week not to mention while waiting the delivery driver ran in and still no one came to even acknowledge use at the window after seeing a different one walk by the window other than the one who finally came so at least 3 people were working however we had to blow our horn a number of times to get someones attention very unacceptable

i ordered 3 topping pizza with coupon online.My ordered changed to a cheese pizza somehow online.it looked and tasted old.i threw it away.I ORDERED AT 10.30AM and it changed to order #14.

I really wish I could get my money back. The order took too long to prepare and I asked for cheese and peppers that I had to pay for. I asked the manager do you have any smaller packs she said no we only have jars to which I don't need jars. I only need enough for my pizza. When I got the pizza home it was not to my liking which was discouraging. The pizza had an after taste and was very dry. I do not recommend going to waxahachie location.

Ordered two pizzas and had them delivered to our hotel. They were made exactly as ordered. The service was fast. No complaints.
Is there anyone that this place actually followed up with? Or is the canned reply to complaints a pretense to care?
Please be sure and have a policeman nearby when you order here since no one working here is familiar with honesty and integrity. We hadn't ordered from Dominoes for a very long time so tried them and ordered 2 pizzas advertised at $6.99 each on 12-6-24. We were charged regular price for both, we were disappointed, but didn't get upset. The young person didn't appear to know how to make the adjustment on the card so the supervisor on duty, Ashley said she would make it right the next visit so we extended grace. Ashley assured us not only was the incident entered in the system, she also put her initials on the receipt . Yesterday 12-16-24 only 10 days later not only has it been removed from the system, but the ultimate insult was the insinuation by the supervisor on duty that we or anybody could have put the initials on the receipt! The supervisor on duty said he called Ashley who was off and supposedly was told that she doesn't remember it! Today my husband called to place an order and after recognizing his voice the phone was hung up! Who operates a business with employees like this?

I waited until I had three bad experiences to leave a bad review. Poorly managed, the employees are just not equipped to make a decision, order is always missing something, and the longest wait time you can imagine. Done.

The pizza is awful here. My husband ordered 2 pizzas tonight. Got them home and the crust wasn’t cooked all the way through. The cheese wasn’t melted and the taste was horrible on both pizzas. We tried to give them another shot after the last mishap and we are so upset and hungry. We definitely won’t return and you shouldn’t either. Also there is only a voice recording answering calls so I couldn’t get in touch with anyone.
