Will not return. The first time I went to purchase donuts here, I thought I was over charged. Second time, I paid more attention and they did over charge me! When I asked about it, she tried to say no, so we went through the price of each item and I was over charged. Another day my husband went to pick us up donuts and they over charged him too! Watch your wallet at this place they'll take your money with out your acknowledgement.

I went in on Sunday around 11:30 and to my delight I found plenty of delicacies to choose from. The apple fritter was DELICIOUS, a must do! Jalapeno cheddar kolaches were on point. I was a particularly big fan of their chocolate and glazed donuts! They were fluffy and fresh, so soft. I had never tried the coconut donut before and I was so glad we had a chance to do so, (thank you, ladies!) The coconut donut was unlike anything I had ever tried in the best way, more like a tender lemon cake donut with scrumptious coconut flakes and glaze. The donut holes were little drops of goodness, I could e eaten my weight in those. I am so thrilled to have found a donut place that truly makes a good quality product that tastes divine. Not all donut joints are equal, and this one is definitely a cut above the rest. We will absolutely be back! Can't wait to try all of the other sweet things in the case. Thank you ladies, for an excellent experience!

I used to love this place until today when I was duped out of an extra 5.00 because I used my debit card. Buyer beware, if you don’t ask for a receipt, they’ll add a tip to your bill. My total for a mixed dozen and 6 pigs in a blanket came to $25 and some change. I didn’t ask for a receipt because I mean it’s just donuts. But once I was home and looked at my text notifications, I saw that transaction ended up being 30.24. This was not authorized and I’m wondering how it was added after I signed my receipt!

Generally, I never have an issue at this shop. So I was shocked when I looked inside my bag and saw how she placed a donut that wasn't a normal donut inside my bag. I am truly disappointed because I really enjoyed going to this shop.

I've been getting donuts here for 40 years. Since my mom owned an optical shop around the corner.
On Easter weekend this year (Saturday) I ordered 450 doughnuts and 450 kolaches (pigs in a blanket) for our construction site to be ready for pickup at 5:30 am on Monday morning. Not only was Donut Palace able to accept my last minute order, they did it with the utmost kindness.When I went in on Sunday to pay the deposit they thanked me for the order by giving me a couple of free kolaches. When I went in on Monday to pick up the order they already had everything ready and waiting on the tables for me at 5:30 am and both the owners (husband and wife) helped me load my car with all the boxes that were marked with each type of doughnut. I found out afterwards they had even given extra doughnuts, kolaches, and doughnut holes for the event.I had picked up a special doughnut and a drink for myself the morning of, outside of my bulk order, and they wouldn't let me pay, insisting that it was a gift for the large order. They wouldn't even let me tip them and I feel horrible about it.This small business is out of this world amazing, their doughnuts are incredible, but more importantly they're the sweetest, kindest people. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a sweet spot for a sweet treat.
