We tried Eggsquisite Cafe in Waxahachie for brunch after church. The wait time was shorter than anticipated. At our table we were greeted with a smile by Cheyenne C. She was very sweet, personable and knowledgeable. We ordered a turkey, avocado, bacon wrap with sweet potato fries & fried okra to split. She had it splt for us before bringing it out. The menu has lots of great-looking options. Food portions are incredibly generous and offer good value for money. Items are delivered hot, fresh, and of very good quality. Dishes like the spicy chicken and biscuits, avocado toast, vegetable omelet, grits, omelettes, sour dough toast, the Ironman scramble, and beignets are all tasty. The beignets are crispy and sweet. Some notes mention the Ironman scramble can be fine but have zero seasoning, and some toast comes pre-buttered. Overall, the food is absolutely delicious, leaving guests looking forward to returning and highly recommending the cafe.
