We do not go to this location often, however my Dad likes to go for his birthday after church. I gave the service 3⭐ because you can't make reservations for large parties here. I called ahead because I had a part of 12 and they said it's first come first served. Now everyone knows on Sundays restaurants are busy after church service and the manager who answered told me they don't do that. I explained it was a large party of older people and I didn't want...
We had an incredible experience at El Fenix, thanks to Marcos! From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Marcos went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect. The food was delicious, but his excellent service truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommend asking for Marcos if you want a top-notch experience. Thank you, Marcos, for making our meal so enjoyable!
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I didn't realize fountain drinks were $3 until I got the bill, which is really high for a fountain beverage.
Kid-friendliness: They have slings for car seats which I greatly appreciate. They will also adjust dishes for kids.
