We had such a great experience at El Mexicano Grill! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the space was clean, comfortable, and spacious — perfect for a relaxed meal.
The live guacamole was a fun touch! It was made fresh right at our table and completely customizable. We asked for no jalapeños, and they happily adjusted it for us.
The burrito was massive and packed with flavor — definitely come hungry! The chicken and steak fajita combo was another standout, with both meats cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Plus, it’s a protein-lover’s dream.
And let’s talk about the chips, queso, and salsa — hands down the best I’ve had in a long time! The chips were warm and fresh, and the queso and salsa were both bursting with flavor.
We’ll definitely be back!

El Mexicano is nowhere near our usual haunts, and we were delighted to find it on Google search. This is an authentic Mexican restaurant. All of our food was good from the requisite chips and salsa, the margaritas, and my tasty shrimp and spinach enchiladas. Midway through the meal, a 3 man band came in to sing. The music drowned out our conversation, and one band member came by our table requesting tips. I did not appreciate that action, but it was the only glitch in our visit. We'll be back.

Busy place. The bar was great with a game on every TV. Food was good but the salsa was way too hot. None of us could eat it. Prices were reasonable and staff was friendly.
If I own that restaurant it keeps getting voted great food I might spend I don’t know maybe they’re more than a dollar upgrading the tables in the chairs in the atmosphere nice place but overall it’s got a long ways to go to be a place. I would take friends from out of town. It’s sad when you take them to Applebee’s or cotton patch before you take them there just because those two places at least making an attempt to keep the place, clean and updated.

The flavor is there, but it is hard to get to through the oil on the food. The rice was very flavorful. The service was pleasant, but the server lacked detailed knowledge of the menu. The Chips and salsa were hot and fresh.
