Firehouse Subs Waxahachie

Ordered a club with chips, drink, and cookie. Bacon and bun were burnt, cookie was hard as a rock, tables were filthy, and service is absolutely horrible.

The service I received from the rep. was very respectful and courteous. My order was prepared in a timely fashion and the food tasted amazing once I brought it home for my husband and I to enjoy for dinner!

The employees were so sweet and had our sandwiches out pretty fast during the peak hour of lunch. The sandwiches were hot and delicious 😋

Customer service not that hot, not friendly at all. Sandwich was ok, not bad not good just in-between. When I got my order and was leaving not even have a nice day. I guess they are not having a good day !

Was me and my mom’s first time trying firehouse subs and the last time trying it because of this location!!! There was a girl Hispanic girl that took our order that looked high and every time I said something she asked me to repeat it like twice smh. She got our order wrong number one and the sandwich’s was saggy plus asked for a drink with one of the meals and when I checked out, I asked for the cup she told me I didn’t get no drink… this place is a joke smh!!

Had to ask to get service and then when did was not addressed formally. The finished making my sandwich and the bag leaked fluid all over the place and when my sandwich was ready they just nodded at my sandwich sitting on the counter. No greetings in or out. Won’t be back

Always friendly and always a fantastic sandwich. I do wish you could use your points and take advantage of the coupons in the store instead of only in the app. It is truly one of the only downsides of the franchise.

I ordered my usual sub today hook and ladder no mayonnaise light on the lettuce, got home total opposite, It had a lot of lettuce and it had tons of mayonnaise, I couldn’t eat it, to top it off I thought you guys made your bread fresh there was a tiny piece of a mold spot on the bottom of it. I even rounded up my total and they didn’t put my phone number in to get points, I paid $16 for a large hook and ladder that I could not eat. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless the owners that run it are present, I will not be going back, this is not the first time my order was wrong.

68 grams protein in less than 1200 calories for a large hero. Not bad. This place has never been overly crowded when I've been here, and I find it quite enough. It doesn't get too expensive if you forgo the chips and drink, but I understand some need the crunch and sugar. My weakness is cookies. The food came out quick and the staff quiet. I've been to other Firehouse Subs, and this fairs favorably against them.
