Have been to other First Watch locations in Texas, and was so excited they opened in Waxahachie! First Watch is very consistent on their food quality, great staff, and comfortable atmosphere. Keep up the good work 👏🏽! Make sure you get the Lemon Ricotta pancakes, they're delicious!

Notified server of Severe food allergy to onoons,(epipen severe). Meal presented to table with shallots on eggs. This is from onions. Dish did have a small wooden allergy flag thru the eggs covered in shallots. So be aware at this restaurant that your Food Allergy maybe overlooked due to lack of knowledge or dismissed as inconvenient. 1/31/2026
