The food is great. But why do I never get wasabi? Even when I ask for it, it is 50/50 chance of getting it. Even Kroger has wasabi with sushi. I mean, come on, it’s supposed to be in there. Instead, nasty warm mayonnaise packet of whatever that is. I shouldn’t have to ask for it. It’s not even fresh or an attempt at fresh wasabi. It’s packets. Throw a couple in the bag. Most people have soy sauce at home. I don’t need three packets of that. I want wasabi. The sushi will be FINE without it. But I want good or great. And yes, that little stupid packet would make it just that. Good.

Honestly liked the food here but, unfortunately whoever cleaned the pan last night is using an old brissel brush and thier was a piece of metal in my food ..... 🙄 Cmon Man Do Better for your customers get newer brush's

While the steak itself was almost unexpectedly good, the rice was just ok. The chicken friend rice was awful. The spring rolls were not very good either. So not really do over place.

I had never been to this spot, but my wife was familiar with it and always said wonderful things about the food. I have tried two dishes now and am impressed by their customer service in the experience as well as the quality of the product they provide. If you are close it is well worth a stop to enjoy. I am gluten free and their menu is fascinatingly accommodating. The workers are pleasant and the experience inside seems well run.

Came here to eat because of a soccer tournament. The food was delicious and arrived very quickly. Friendly staff as well, definitely recommend.

Typically, the food is pretty good. However, today was an awful experience. Rice and shrimp were bland. I got the shrimp teriyaki plate which usually comes with a decent amount of vegetables. Today, 10/27/25 something is very different with the food coming out of the kitchen. My plate only had two pieces of broccoli. The crab wontons were burnt, and tough as leather.

The food at Hibachio is always hot, fresh, fast, and absolutely delicious! Every dish came out perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Michael really made the experience even better — he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and positive the entire time. His attentiveness and great attitude made sure we had the best possible dining experience. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to! 😊♥️

Love this place! I’ve never had any problems and today we ordered the chicken and steak plate and it was so yummy that we didn’t even notice we didn’t get steak until we were almost done. When we let one of the managers know, he didn’t just replace the meal but provided gift cards. He was truly apologetic and made our experience an even more positive one.

First time here and wow! The only bad thing I can say about this place is that it’s 4 hours from my home. We got the Sumo Roll and we are in love. The shrimp fried rice was really good too, but if you love sushi and seafood, get the Sumo Roll. There is a robot that brings the food to the table too. It was very fun atmosphere. We will be back the next time we are in the area.

THIS AMAZING WAITRESS!!! OH M GHEE!!! Her name was Ruby, and she was just amazing!!! Me and my family went there for a birthday and she was so kind and funny. We need more servers like her in the field. It’s hard to find golden people like her these days. I will most DEFINITELY come back with an even bigger party next time just for her!!! And honestly If you lose Ruby at your establishment, you will lose me as a customer!!! Will come back!!! God bless 🙏🙏🙏
