Order Door Dash. Food was ok. No napkins with my order. I had to use the paper bag as a napkin. Not a great experience. That why I gave you 1 star.

Unbelievable, first was over charged for the #23 for not getting a coffee then received my order and oh wow the hash brown looks like a block of brown cement glue and the manager says what’s wrong with it I just left I didn’t touch anything after that

Doesn't treat their employees like human beings. Wants them to do everything in the restaurant at one time by themselves with no help. Understaffed, underpaid, and does not train their employees just throws them in there and expect them to know how to do everything. Nina needs to be replaced asap.

I wait 30 minutes to get my food. Restrooms are nasty. On top of that I don’t get a thank you for coming to jack in the box no one says anything like that and saw big rat by the drive through
