The Waxahachie KFC has had issues for a while. They are either out of an item or give you the wrong order in the drivethru. Employee attitudes are horrible. After 3 visits, l will never visit this store again. I have to drive to Cedar Hill for good KFC, which is too far usually. So, I choose another chicken joint.... (4-17-2021) Just went again... Rude Rude Rude at the drive thru. How is this store still open? Of course... No one has reached out at all about this. This store is a disaster!!!!
8/29/2024 I arrived at 8 pm and was told that it would be 15 minutes.for chicken. I said I would wait. I was then threatened that they can't have me waiting. I circled around and repeated the process until 9 pm. Still... No chicken. This place is a disaster and is.poorly managed. I WILL do my best to make sure this is addressed or a lawsuit is in need. Pathetic!

Get order wrong sometimes service is slow I went there for a chicken sandwich they asked if they give me fresh and I know they gave me the same one that they didn't put in my bag instead of a pot pie they gave me the first time wasted gas time and energy

It's so unfortunate that good serviceno longer exists overall in the foodindustry. I chose to visit KFCWaxahachie TX, instead of going a littleways down to Dickeys to purchasemashed potatoes and corn. Ihadbeen at the hospital with my husbandall day, and that's what he asked for.When we got home, the corn wasterrible. It looked old and partiallyburned. I contacted the manager torequest a refund because I was tootired to drive back after the long dayI'd already had. But she told me shewas not allowed to give refunds andthat there is a sign stating they don'tgive refunds posted. I'm not surewhere that is. I didn't see nor look forit, but I guess we should all startlooking for that in all restaurantsFirst of all, that corn should not havebeen served to anyone. Heck, pigsand hogs wouldn't eat it. Secondly.there is no consideration for askingpeople to use their time and fuel to drive back to get another item that Ireally didn't want. Third, I assumethey have a no refund disclaimer dueto people requesting funds backbecause of unacceptable food beingserved to people, not to mention theridiculous cost of an order of corn.Finally, we'd like to support thisbusiness but not when they are likethis.
