My waiter just sounded condenseding the hole time he spoke to us. It took for ever and I had to keep asking him to check for our food. When I finally was served my NY strip was half the thickness as my dates. Very notable. It was cooked way over done and my baked potatoe was under cooked. Never again. This was the second time I got a horrible steak here. They did discount my meal 50%. Not a very good experience.

Food was very good in quality & quantity. However service was horrible. After standing at front for quite a while I had to go into back of restaurant to eventually find someone to seat us. Ordered 2 medium rare sirloin steaks got 2 steaks purposely cooked medium well. Not sure if a waitress or a kitchen mistake. Baked sweet potatoes were very good.

It was my first time here and the food was alright. We had 3 different servers and the last was the most helpful. Dede was awesome and super sweet. She’s the only reason why i’m giving a higher rating. The food took about 45 mins to come out. The server was super helpful and she sat us and even took our drink orders. Our server even let us have samples of the gumbo. Thanks DeDe for taking care of us. We appreciate you. Parking was free and convenient.

I’ve never been to Logan’s and it’s safe to say I will definitely not be going back! First we got seated and I felt something under my feet. Looked down and there were crayons, silverware and old kids menus all over the floor. That was only the start to our bad experience. After kicking all the junk under the table to the side we ordered our food. My husband and I both had the 22oz porter house and it was 32$ a plate. What we got was so extremely disappointing. The steak was paper thin and way over cooked. I ordered a medium steak and got a well done thin steak instead. The Mac and cheese was in one big bland congealed clump and the green bean tastes flavorless and straight out of the can. It’s a bit hard to tell just how thin and very overcooked my steak was but both our steaks were cooked wrong and paper thin. The plate was almost thicker than the steak. Our waitress only came by twice even though there wasn’t more than a handful of diners in the whole restaurant. We had to ask a passing employee for to go boxes because she was taking so long. Horrible food. A dirty dining area and poor service. Our bill was over 100$ and our experience was horrible! Would not recommend going there unless you just really wanna throw away good money on bad food, a dirty restaurant and mediocre service.

The service was horrible I sat at the bar and it took the bartender over 10 min to come by, my food took for ever and it was cold when I got it and didn’t even offer me any silverware I had to ask another server to bring me some! The sad part was that the bar wasn’t even busy! Maybe 4 people tops!

I’ve never had a good steak here before. Every time, it’s undercooked and the quality of meat is horrible. Feels like I’m chewing into a ball of rubber bands. This definitely was the last time giving this place a chance.
My wife has ordered from here several times. I wouldn’t if I was choosing. Usually bad service.Today, my wife ordered for a 750pm pickup. It’s 810pm and still waiting. No one even offered a water to drink while I wait.I understand being backed up on a Friday night but there are 4 employees (kids) goofing off at the front table. I am sure they have the time to check order status and let people know it’s running atleast a half hour late.Or maybe I am a dinosaur and things don’t work like that anymore. It used to be called considerate.
