Very disrespectful. I ordered online and then went in the drive through to pick up. We are continuously telling these loud women my name. Then I show my phone and show the address and they still claim they don't have the order. So then someone comes out of nowhere and says they found it. Come to find out, it's because THEY are mispronouncing my name and we're saying it the right way, they are confused. So the big one at the window, yells at my brother and says he needs "to give the correct name next time." So I need to mispronounce my name, the way THEY see fit so they can find my order. I also ordered the 3 piece FISH meal, I got CHICKEN. Do better and lose the attitudes.

WHERE DO I START, I ORDERED THE L-2 CHICKEN MEAL COMBO. THE MEAL CAME WITH ONLY 2 SMALL CHICKEN TENDERS AND 2 HUSH PUPPIES AND FRIES. MY FRIEND ORDERED THE FISH AND HE HOT 3 LARGE FISH WITH HUSH PUPPIES AND FRIES COMBO. WHEN I SAY SMALL CHICKEN TENDER I MEAN SKINNY AND SHORT. FOR THE PRICE I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND THIS IS MY VERY 1ST TIME EATING THERE.

We were pleasantly greeted upon entering the restaurant. The order-taker (Ariana R-from receipt) was friendly and courteous. These people know how to provide great customer service! Food was hot, fresh and great! This was our 3rd visit recently and we WILL return!!
Parking: 2pm and there was shade and in Waxahachie Texas shade is important.

Ate there today around 2,always my husband's favorite, we Live out of town.Fish was soggy, laying under lamp,waffle frys Are horrible, people not eating. Shrimp was small not hot. Maybe be time of day But not good today.
