I'm in Waxahachie, TX but from Denver, Colorado. I have to drive an hr out to get to the ONE left my state but here it's down the street from the hotel ? I missed out the first to days of being here, cause I read 2 bad recent reviews. I couldn't resist day 3 and I'm so happy I came regardless. I sat & ate for about 40mins. All that left rang the bell, which means good service & good food! They greeted everyone that comes in the door, they say thank you when you ring the bell, it's clean, the food is fast, good and hot. I'm definitely ringing the bell too and I'll be back, for sure.

Drive thru provide bag food with lid off from side dish,so food ruined and my vehicle has huge leak on passenger chair from the side dish. No one answered the phone. Service sucks. For the money spent they need to improve

Well run store. The manager runs a tight ship and it pays off. The store is clean, the food fresh and good, the service is excellent. This store should be used for corporate training.

They closed 10 min. before closing. After I called them before hand to see what time they closed the man said ok we close in 10 min I pull in 10 min before closing and they said we are closed ? ? ? Long John Silver's needs to do better!
