I went in to this location a week or so ago and I had the best experience with one of their staff. Her name was Kensey. She was so delightful and honestly seemed to care about her job and the people she was tending to. Sometimes, when employees are awesome, employers will tend to forget to praise them. I hope that the owner of this Marble Slab sees this and knows just what an awesome employee they have on their hands. I would hire her in a heartbeat!!! Keep it up Kensey. You are the reason we will return to this location.

Was really disappointed. Find a cold stone creamery... or just go to sonic right down the street and get a cheap blast. For 2 large scoops in a dipped cone and 2 smalls in dipped cones our bill was MORE than our dinner tonight at a restaurant....36$!!! The "cool mint" flavor is barely flavored at all with mint and the tiny chocolate chips tasted like old powdery chocolate. The ice cream was way too soft, also. The flavor just isn't there and there's a lack of quality for the toppings. I would have much preferred chocolate chunks. I was also disappointed that I was asked if I wanted to tip. This is not a restaurant, hair salon, massage parlor, or any place delivering a service beyond their designated job description. I mean the girls are nice and patient, but there were 4 napkins in the whole place. That's it. None of the napkin holders were stocked. That's a basic job requirement that's not being done, but I'm being asked if I want to leave a tip. I'm in the service industry. Most people in the service industry bust their butts to earn their tips... and if they don't... you tip accordingly. It really infuriates me when places like this want to try to guilt people into paying extra... for NOTHING extra....especially when the price of 4 ice creams was higher than a dinner for 4 at a nearby pizza joint. Don't waste your money or your time here.

I had a Classic Sunday she a Chocolate Caramel Butter Pecan. You will never go back to boxed grocery store ice cream again. It's killer. Also tried old fashioned Banana Split with chocolate ands strawberry. I did not get the bad feeling from synthetic chocolates and ice creams. No guilt either.

For my first time visit, I got a strawberry milkshake and it was DELICIOUS !!! Definitely going back to try some more items !!
So let's start with the waffle bowl that was really stale. It was not crispy at all and if you look in pictures it was also really shallow. So it looked like there was a decent amount because they placed the waffle bowl in one of their paper bowls. Turns out there was not that much ice cream. Especially $8.50 for two scoops. I mean the ice cream was good but I could have got more and paid less at other home made ice cream places.
