This location has had nothing but problems for a while now. We ordered 2 pizzas and one arrived when we called about the order we were told that we would have to come get it (with all the attitude that they could muster). Their “reasoning” was they were working with one driver. Today (about 3 weeks later) we placed an order at 4:30pm to be delivered at 6pm. We called in at 6:15 to see where our order was and we were told (by Someone claiming to be the manager) that it would be another 30 min. I let him know that was unacceptable I was told “sorry we are running behind, some customers understand that and some don’t”. When I told him this was the second time something like this has happened I was told “I’ll just refund your money” and he hung up on me. Simply the worst excuse for “customer service” I’ve ever seen with this chain. The owner of this location should loose their franchise altogether. Or, at the very least, higher better “managers”. I wish I could leave zero stars!

Ordered online, got an email saying my order was on its way. We waited, and waited. After 45 mins (I live 5 mins away) I called the store and told them I did not receive my order. They said they would send me another one. An hour later I get a call from the delivery driver. He tells me he delivered the pizza. I look on my front porch and there it sits. No knock, no ringing of the doorbell. Nothing. That food sat there for an hour and I had no idea it was there. He argued with me, was condescending and rude. I asked to speak to the manager and he hung up on me. I called back to speak to the manager and told him that when I originally placed my order, the website asks if I want contactless delivery. I did NOT choose that option. I was waiting for someone to knock and hand me the food. I have two small dogs that bark if a fly flies by..there is no way he knocked.No chance I will waste my time with Marcos again.

Use to be a great place, our go to once a week. Then they changed.They now charge extra for different ingredients on their sandwiches. Delivery went up to $5 + tip so a $25 pizza is between $30-35. The app stinks and I couldnt locate my so called coupons so i paid full price on a tuesday which use to be buy 1 get 1 day. Pizza is messy, sauce tasted like it had sugar in it and sausage was lacking flavor.The wings were another joke. Use to have awesome wings, now they were basically baked dry and drizzled with a sauce that had a color that resembled thousand island dressing. Barely even tasted like Buffalo style hot wings.Goodbye marcos.

I shouldn't even leave 1 star. When they opened this was a great place to get pizza. The last 4 or 5 times we have ordered pizza from here it has been just thrown together. Tonight took the cake though! While pieces of onion and big chunks of bell peppers, Roma crust seasoning was all over the whole pizza not the crust. THIS WAS MY ORDER HERE !

Food is top notch. The experience with the cashier.... The cashier told me I couldn't get a salad to eat while we waited 45 minutes for my pizza. I'm absolutely okay with waiting for hot fresh pizza! The next part wasn't good of her....She said I would have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for the salad as well. I asked her if I order the salad separately would we be able to get the salad quicker. She said no, it would still be 45 minutes to an hour. I sat at the table to wait & decided to call them ?. I was sitting about 10 feet away from the counter. I saw the mgr. answer. I asked him how long it would take to get a salad. I see him looking confused & say 15 minutes. I hung up. I walked 10 feet to the counter and ordered my salad from the mgr. & got it in 15 minutes. He's a great manager. The food was fantastic, as always. The salads, pizzas and sandwiches are always delicious.
Love Marco's Pizza! Especially the Hawaiian pizza.

This place is going down hill. Last weekend ordered delivery and it was an hour late, when it arrived all 4 boxes smashed and the pizza all stuck to the top of the box. The cheese pizza had soooo much cheese one section was literally just a big pile of cheese and sauce. Thilwn tonight I placed an order and immediately got called to be told no delivery driver andnifni wanted my order pick up or wsit until well after 7pm!! I don't know what has happened but I will not return to the waxahachie location.

I have been a marcos customers for years and order pizza 2 to 3 times a month from them. But, the last month and half has been nothing but disappointments. We have gotten wrong orders like hamburger on the pizza when it was suppose to be bacon and shows it was bacon. We have had undercooked Crust, soggy pizza, greasy pizza that the box was soaked and the straight up wrong order multiple times.But the last time I went to pick up my pizza the employees were standing around the counter vocalizing their frustration about management. They were complaining about hours being cut and throwing f bombs frequently. All while I am standing there waiting to pick up my pizza and pay, and they all looked at me when I walked in. I understand that frustration but as a customer I don't personally care to hear how "f up" the management is there from employees. So this customer is going to go try some other pizza places in the area because I have given multiple chances in the last 2 months and it just doesn't seem to be getting better.

So I've had Marco's Pizza before and the taste of the pizza is great. I'm watching one of the guys making pizza scratch his head and then stick his hands in the ingredients. That is just flat out nasty! The other guy making pizza also didn't have on gloves and kept wiping his forehead and touching the dough. If Management is reading this look at the video from 11/15 at about 4:00! Just flat out nasty. Please make your staff wear gloves and not scratch their head or wipe their forehad before touching food! That's just plain nasty

XL extra pepperoni and extra cheese pizza with dusted Parmesan cheese crust was absolutely delicious. Now days it's really hard to find a pizza place that really comes through with the cheese pull.. it's absolutely a must for me when I have pizza , if I can't bite my pizza and the cheese from my mouth to the pizza go as far as 12 inches (I'm exaggerating) but you get the point . This pizza was really good , perfect amount of pizza sauce and was still so hot and cheesy after getting it to the house. I appreciate it significantly when a company makes sure to provide you with nothing less than what you paid for. The details to my pizza matched everything I ordered. I will definitely be returning for another pizza and to try other things on the menu.
