I was suppose to get turkey bacon ranch wrap with potato soup, and got completely wrong order,, got a sandwich with tomato soup. Completely incompetent workers at the waxahachie location. Guess will have to drive across town to another McAllisters or just go somewhere else. These workers don't even care , and didn't apologize for their mistake. I advise everyone to stay away from this location.

Update 2: My husband's sandwich was good. Both soups were good, but cold. I was missing sherry shallot dressing for the salad. Ended up having to eat it dry, as we dont normally keep dressing in our home.The cookie was undercooked as well with a sticker that said Wednesday on it for a Saturday order. Since it was undercooked and raw we didn't take the chance of eating it. The tea was unsweet, even though we ordered sweet. Not sure why they don't understand the difference between the two, and keep sending the incorrect one? No chicken in the savannah chopped salad.Overall we've decided to not order from here again. I think if we've given you 2 chances and it's still not done correctly, we won't waste our time or gas to drive to Waxahachie and back.Update:I spoke with Chelsea and she offered us a refund. She was very kind to rectify the issue. We will try them again and will hope to be able to update our rating.Our entire order was incorrect. Ordered Savanah chopped salad had no chicken and no avocado that was an extra payment. Grilled chicken club with no honey mustard added olives, came with the honey mustard and no olives. Husband is allergic to honey mustard. They also threw the 2 toothpicks inside both of the sandwich parts and when i bit into it, it stabbed my gum, and it ended up bleeding. Ordered 2 sweet teas and got 2 unsweet teas. It's like they didn't bother looking at the order. Then the young guy that brought the items to curbside had an attitude about delivering to the car. So disappointing as I order from mcalisters all over dfw and never had so many incorrect items. This is a first and sadly we won't be going back. Especially when my husband had to drive 20 minutes there and back only because I had a craving for what we ordered.

Placed a large order for our office lunch. Order was supposed to be ready at 1:16 and we did not leave with the order until 1:40. Ordered 3 chicken cesear salads that were missing the chicken. Called and attempted to speak with staff to make it right. The associate put me on hold to speak with the manager and then the phone was disconnected after waiting on hold for 5 minutes.

Ordered the New Yorker for take out. Got home and lo and behold I was given a Spicy Turkey sandwich. Went straight into the garbage and will never frequent this place again. Just another example of poor help!!

I would usually award 5 stars for their service and the taste of the foods.But I only gave 3 stars because the lettuce in the salads is ALWAYS wet. This is the second salad we’ve order where the lettuce dripped water. It’s good they’re washing the lettuce but they really need to make sure it’s not TOO wet when used in the salad.

Me and my Daughter went for lunch today.. I ordered our food at 12:40 I was on my lunch break.. when we sat down I noticed a lot of people was still waiting on their food..So at 1:00 I went up there with my receipt and was asking how long on my order.. they couldn't tell me.. as I was up there people was saying they've been waiting 40 minutes on there order and wanted a refund.. the manager was rude acting like she didn't want to give people their money back.. So at 1:20 I was still waiting at this point I had to get it to go cause my lunch break was fixing to be over.. So I asked to speak to the manager.. I was like mam I've been waiting around 45 minutes on our order.. can you accommodate something like a cookie or something she told me 'NO'... THE WORST SERVICE EVER‼️‼️ And my steamed Broccoli was COLD? and I spent almost $30 on our food!! I Love McAlisters but TODAY.......
