August 13, 2025 – McDonald’s Experience Today, my fiancé and I were craving McDonald’s. We knew it was the first day of school in the area, so the after-school rush would likely make things busy. To avoid a long wait, we placed our order through the mobile app at 3:57 p.m., hoping it would be ready when we arrived. We got there at 4:05 p.m. and parked in Stall #6 for Mobile Order Curbside Pickup. Two other cars were already waiting. After a while, one car drove off, and the driver of the other car walked inside—probably tired of waiting. We decided to give it a bit more time, but by 4:30 p.m., I went inside to check on our order. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged, but no one addressed me. A staff member then asked the woman next to me if her order was under my name. I chimed in that it was mine, and it was obvious the order had been sitting there for a while—the whipped cream on my Caramel Frappe was completely flat. I finally got the order and brought it back to the truck. I checked it before leaving—since this location has a history of mistakes—and, surprisingly, everything was correct. We decided to eat in the parking lot. However, when I opened my Quarter Pounder with Cheese, the bottom bun was rock hard. I marched back inside and asked for a remake. Thankfully, there were no issues this time, and they even upgraded it to a Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese and added an apple pie. That part was the smoothest part of the entire experience—besides actually placing the order. Long story short: We won’t be visiting this McDonald’s during after-school hours again. If we do return, it’ll be during the slowest part of the day.

I ordered a smoothie and was told the machine was down immediately I said “No it’s not”, as a joke and then she gives me my total and tells me go ahead and pull forward ? I ended up getting my smoothie but no reason to lie saying the machine was down. 😂

Horrible customer service my husband is epileptic and has a service dog they told him that we have to leave because we have a dog and I explained to them as a service dog and he said that was a policy I needed to provide him proof which is against the law and then once I provided proper paperwork I was just fed up they messed up the order and then had a horrible customer service and then criticize customers as soon as they walk away from the counter in a different language.. 🤔🤔.. Sorry I speak Spanish too😑😶😬

Yes, I am still a no meat Friday person. You cannot beat the fish sandwich at McDonald's. The last few times I have gone, I have gotten some pretty bad food. I even asked today that I might get the entire order of fries I am paying for. I guess I should have asked for the other half of my cheese too. This location has the worst dt. cokes, too much syrup.

If I could give it zero I would. So I ordered on the app and since their drive thru was all the way to hobby lobby and I had ordered ahead I went inside the store and decided that would be earlier instead of getting my food just to be shitty the last canceled the order and I’ve yet to be refunded for it HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WOULD NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN then she said if I wanted my food I would have to RE-PAY FOR MY ORDER THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR!!!

I gave them another opportunity to disappoint me- I ordered an oreo sundae and received zero oreos. I love paying for things I don't receive- Which made it taste like a two day old unwashed armpit... I wish I was kidding. In the past I've waited for 40 minutes for two cups of water at the drive thru. Something is wrong with this mcdonalds. They ALWAYS GET IT WRONG. Sadly I'm sure they won't do anything even though I always pay extra and never receive what I've paid for- horrible service
