Yes, I am still a no meat Friday person. You cannot beat the fish sandwich at McDonald's. The last few times I have gone, I have gotten some pretty bad food. I even asked today that I might get the entire order of fries I am paying for. I guess I should have asked for the other half of my cheese too. This location has the worst dt. cokes, too much syrup.

If I could give it zero I would. So I ordered on the app and since their drive thru was all the way to hobby lobby and I had ordered ahead I went inside the store and decided that would be earlier instead of getting my food just to be shitty the last canceled the order and I’ve yet to be refunded for it HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WOULD NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN then she said if I wanted my food I would have to RE-PAY FOR MY ORDER THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR!!!

I gave them another opportunity to disappoint me- I ordered an oreo sundae and received zero oreos. I love paying for things I don't receive- Which made it taste like a two day old unwashed armpit... I wish I was kidding. In the past I've waited for 40 minutes for two cups of water at the drive thru. Something is wrong with this mcdonalds. They ALWAYS GET IT WRONG. Sadly I'm sure they won't do anything even though I always pay extra and never receive what I've paid for- horrible service

When I first moved to Waxahachie a few plus years ago.... they were always on point. The past year, they have been slipping. My order is wrong a lot of times. When I order nuggets and request BBQ sauce, they forget to put it in the bag most of the time. The fries used to be hot most of the time years ago. They starting to slip on that as well. The staff is always nice though. I just don't like that the orders get messed up too much.
Fix your coke !! It has been disgusting for at least a month. Every time it has a new and more disgusting flavor

I ordered an Ice cream cone at the drive through. I paid at the first window. When I got to the second window they said they don't have ice cream. I said no problem I'll just get my money back. They offered me a hamburger or a milkshake instead. No thanks I'll just get my money back. When they brought back my money they gave me the wrong amount. They were 15 cents short. I told them they still owed me change. "What a quarter?" No. 15 cents. They had me pull forward because I was holding up the line. When they finally came with change she said " They said you wanted a quarter." I'm the a-hole because I can count? Don't sell people what you don't have. And don't let people handle the register if they can't count.
