This is by far the worst McDonald’s in the county! They are extremely slow and refuse to hire more people if you want to order they will suggest you to order at the kiosk cause they don’t have employees, they don’t have a drink machine or any condiments available, not even napkins you have to ask for them and they will give you and attitude, forget about getting a good customer service here!. I only go when the other one is extremely busy.

Extremely slow, especially the drive thru, even if you get only 1-2 items. I thought maybe the time before was because I ordered a sundae (surprisingly their ice cream machine was working) but then I went today and only got a cheeseburger and small fries and it still took much longer than needed and I was the only person in line. The woman rushed the food into my hand without a word and I had to QUICKLY ask for ketchup before she shut the window. I kindly told her thank you and when she walked away you could tell she was talking to another employee about me as she glanced back at me with a rude facial expression. Previous trips to this location have been subpar, with wait times over 20 minutes and the employees pretend not to see anyone standing at the counter. I waited 5 minutes to get sweet n sour sauce and I had to finally wave down a manager to even get it.

Drove thru..couldn't understand the voice on speaker..not a language barrier, the guy was just mumbling..when I got to window to pay, the guy was playing on his cell phone. Big Mac with fries was barely warm..this was 5:30 pm..mornings are usually much different at this location

Not sure why it is so difficult to cook fries until they are done all the way or maybe even fresh fries on occasion.
This McDonalds sucks . They literally ALWAYS forget something and to get it you have to wait a good 10 or more minutes and the managers are not friendly either . I rather go to the the McDonald’s in town than this joke of a place

Excellent customer service! This is my favorite McDonald's! The food is always hot, I love using the app😃
I experienced extremely poor customer service during my visit on 11/16/24 at 7:24 until 7:40 pm. After waiting 15 minutes for my frappe while my food got cold, I brought my concerns to the attention of a young Hispanic male staff member and requested to speak with a supervisor. Despite my patience, several cars that arrived after me were promptly served and left, which was frustrating. Instead of addressing my concerns, the young man became visibly upset and dismissed me. This level of customer care is unacceptable. As a resident of this area, I deserve to be treated with respect. I will not be returning and will take my business elsewhere.
