I rarely visit this location. Tonight I am dissatisfied with my purchase. Among other things, I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal with extra mustard, ketchup, and diced onions. Although the customized grill tags were on both burgers, I did not get extra mustard or ketchup and absolutely no diced onions. The meat was so old, the edges were black and dry, cheese was cold. Very disappointing.

McDonald's is way to expensive! Lunch needs to be fed sooner. I also didn't like that they didn't have a fountain so you had to request refills. They also didn't have anywhere to get ketchup so you had to request it at the counter. Staff was friendly.

I try not to go to this location because the service is always bad. This time, I ordered unsweet tea but got sweet tea. As a diabetic, this is a major problem. Not as serious, but just as frustrating, I ordered what was obviously meals for two people and received only one napkin.

So I just went to this store’s location for the first and the LAST time… apparently there’s an issue if you ask for 2 fresh plain cheeseburgers or maybe an issue with Black men who have a standard as far as how food should be presented. If I ask for plain cheeseburgers there shouldn’t be any condiments on any kind on the wrappings or contents of the bag! Which there absolutely was… The Hispanic Lady was very rude and seemed like they didn’t want to remake my burgers. Although she did she was not cheerful; she may have been overwhelmed; Who knows but if there’s an issue in Waxahachie with the likes of me make sure when yall see me yall address it. S/O @ the lady who helped me, you gone be blessed for sure. The rest of yall better learn some respect for people are respectful.
