Waited in line for 45 minutes (with only 4 people ahead of me) because the priority was online orders. One employee was moving at the speed of a sloth and the lady appeared to be *off. It took her 10 minutes to put topping on 2 pizzas. The supervisor has lots of excuses and just kept bringing over more online orders, then had the audacity to give attitude when asked for ranch on the side. And they gave attitude after we paid. Hands down the longest I’ve waited at a mod pizza and the service was trash.

Our favorite place for pizza but this time we were totally disappointed, we went in, we waited a long time to be served, there was no line, and we saw that they had the pizza trays lying on the floor, and as they came out of the oven they threw them on the floor 🤢 We are not going back

I went to MOD pizza tonight around 950 and they close at 10pm. The guy in there stated that they were not making anymore pizzas while one of his co workers was putting cheese in 2 pizzas. Even when I pointed out that his co worker was making 2 pizzas he stated that they were online orders & could not take my order. The stove was still on & all the ingredients were still out. Not really sure why he could not just make me a quick pizza. First & Last time for me at MOD.

I just picked up my order check the box and my pizza look like this. I asked the employee if this is what their pizzas are supposed to look like now because they’ve never looked like that before I asked for a pepperoni pizza with half of it with Serano peppers and this is what I got. The general manager in charge of this place should be very proud of this.

The 2 men tonight in this establishment need to be trained in courtesy and customer service. Me and my daughter were trying to look at menu and decide what we wanted…and keep in mind , no one was behind us in line. The 2 guys asked us repeatedly what we wanted while we were looking at menu as if we were inconvenienced them. I verified the closing time with them to make sure that was not the issue, and they were not closed to closing. We ended up walking out and not ordering, it just became too weird.

We had placed an online order at 6:43pm for Waxahachie MODS pizza, the order said 10 minutes. We showed up on site at 6:55 to receive our order. We were not greeted and did not receive our order. We were told to wait and found out our pizzas were not in the oven. We waited for 1 hour to receive out pizzas at 7:40. Not a great experience. -Anonymous

Well other than the ice machine working nothing else good to say… they had NO ckn for the ckn/bac special promo pizza, there was no silverware, all the drink containers were empty, the outside patio grounds was full of food and trash that HAS been there for a long while, tables filthy and trash spilling over… it will be our LAST time at this location it just seems to get worse every time!!! Whadda you do when folks don’t wanna work, you close the doors and put up the gone fishing sign permanently…
Lucci and Chris treated my family so well Wednesday that I came back on Friday. Landing took my order on this day, customer service was great and so was the food. Thank you

First time ever trying MOD pizza, really good!!! We shared a custom personal pizza and drink. Pricing is pretty reasonable. Definitely recommend for all pizza lovers!! They also offer gluten free crust or cauliflower crust!!!
