So this was my first trip ever to MOD Pizza... we just do not have them close to where I live.. but I tell you this will not be my last trip to MOD Pizza.. the service and food was amazing... 11$ for a Pizza you can put unlimited toppings on.. WHAT??? I am hooked.. the thin crust and fresh topping put it over the top.. Wow.. Definitely recommend stopping in!

Was treated very poorly while telling my order to the worker. Showed very little to no emotion to my requests, did very poorly with placing ingredients on my pizza, just throwing them everywhere going off of my pizza. Acted very frustrated with us telling him what we wanted. Not sure of a name of this person, but he was very disrespectful to us.

This five star review is strictly about Jade and the excellent service she provided tonight, July 30th around 9 pm. A previous customer was upset that her pizza was overcooked and asked for it to be remade. There was a guy who was remaking the pizza, but would not remake the pizza how the lady was requesting for it to be remade. She was asking for the sauce to be brought to the edges and more cheese, but she and the guy quickly reached an impasse. It was escalating quickly, and me and my son were going to walk out. The customer then asked for Jade to remake her pizza. Jade’s pleasant demeanor and customer service quickly de-escalated the situation and turned an upset customer into a happy customer. She also fixed our three pizzas and asked continuous questions to ensure the pizza was how we wanted it. Thank you Jade to providing great service and ensuring positive experiences for customers.

Someone needs to pay closer attention to this establishment.
We used to frequent here, but since the quality and service has declined over the past few months, this is no longer a first choice for us. We gave it another try tonight and unfortunately came very close to walking out mid-order.
Customer service is always the top priority in any food service business. Being rude and raising your voice is an absolute no-go. Your attention is on the customer, dont ask what they want, and turn away to yell at a fellow employee, ignoring the customer. Corrections are done 'off the floor' and away from customers.
Food presentation is also important. Sauce should be closer to the edge, and toppings should not be concentrically higher as they get closer to the middle. We are not building a sandcastle or piling up our dirty laundry. We are making pizza.
Overall, cleanliness is another key factor. Planning labor can be a challenge (I get it, I've been in food service and management), but at the start of or prior to the end of a shift, assign a team member to do a walk thru of the restaurant (at a minimum). Set the standards and meet them. Excelling is even better.
No, you did not deserve a tip, so you can wipe that look off of your face.

MOD Pizza has always been our go to pizza spot because the pizza is made fresh to your liking, the atmosphere is always great and customer service has been top tier on each visit. 10/10 recommend

Waxahachie location needs to hire people that want to work. 4 people working tonight, 1 person attempting to wait on customers and all other employees laughing and giggling having conversations ignoring a line of customers out the door. My family of 3 walked out!! Hire people that want to work more than socialize with themselves. Also note the AC seems to be out in the building so I'd be sympathetic but I remembered 2 weeks ago this very very similar crew was working and this exact situation happened with AC working in the building.

Not to shabby. On a score of 1-10 on the cardboard pizza scale, I give them a 6.5 I do like the made to order walk up service. Great caesar salad... loved the beer selection and mexican bottled coke. Nothing special about the dining area... very basic. They do cater to the local schools, mascots, etc. for their decor. That is nice of them. Overall a good pizza place. Not who I would call 1st or drive over to eat... but, I could crave it once a year possibly.
I had a pick up order but we still went in to order to go because I had a card from another location for a free pizza after they had made my order wrong, I had already ordered the pizza and they put it in the oven, but they couldn’t figure out how to work the card, and the expiration date was marked through. So the guy tries to take the card and throw it away; even after my mom said we’d just go to the original location. He snatches it back and then begrudgingly gave it back. He was quite rude about the whole situation, the atmosphere and service here was very juvenile and unprofessional. Everyone acts like they dislike their job.. if you don’t like your job then quit. (P.s the pizza wasn’t even good.. a 2/10)

Pizza was so tasty, I almost forgot to take a picture to post. Having it your way is a great way to figure out after a few visits what you love on your pizza. My third time experience paid off in a great tasting pizza. The atmosphere to sit down was also great. Granted time of day may make a difference.
Back again. I watched a hardworking crew that made 28 pizzas in 40 minutes while I ate my pizza. Don't forget to tip, especially if your pizza was excellent.
This time, I had a bottle of beer with my pizza. I understand some like to get their pizza home, but I love pizza hot out of the oven. Here you can have it your way.

Store is just slow. Took literally an hour to make 3 pizzas! Even tho I’m the only one here and placed order 30 min ago online. Customer service isn’t horrible but it’s ok.

I order mod pizza often. Theyre always fast and tasty. Sometimes the order is incorrect and theyre always more than accommodating to fix the concerns and make sure we have an overall satisfied experience. Would recommend over any other pizza chains.
