They were very diligent during our visit to taste test flavors and ensured we understood the full scope of combinations. After my mother in law recommended this bakery I was very excited. She said it was THE place to go for a special event cake. We got to customize my toddlers birthday cake and it looks fairly close to the picture, and most importantly they spelled my daughters name right! (Yay!)However, I called at about 10:30 to confirm pick up time would still be 5. I got confirmation, they man said he was watching them do the cake, it'll be ready. We show up at 5, not ready yet. Maybe 15 more minutes. Other customers came in that seemed to take priority, eventually 20 minutes later he comes out with the cake which DID look good, but made us late to our event because it was not ready ON TIME.That was incredibly frustrating when we asked for the time days in advance, call to confirm the day of, get no update that it may be late, and then have to sit there an extra 20 minutes.

My mother found this bakery for me because I was looking for a custom cake last minute. They made a beautiful fiesta themed cake for my daughters 8th birthday. I wish I hadn’t messed it up while I was moving it to show the amazing work they did. The cake was delicious and moist. We enjoyed it so much, my mother asked for them to make an Elvis themed cake for my grandma. We weren’t disappointed, they came through twice in a matter of a week. Can’t thank them enough, great work ladies. You’ve got CUSTOMERS for life!!

A child could have made something better we chose Ollie because we’ve seen pictures of stunning cakes but apparently she chose not to care about our order and when we reached out to her she ignored us. Was very upset with our cake. For what we paid (and from the other cakes we’ve seen by this baker) we expected more than just a sticker for the logo. Definitely not anything like the inspo picture I sent her. The cake did taste good. But I could have gotten HEB to do probably a better job for a third of the cost. Really upsetting because I ordered from this baker because I’ve seen the amazing things she has done for other people. I was not going to leave a bad review, but when I tried to speak to the owner she outright ignored me.
