Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza

What a joy it is to have a great pizza place like this right in town! My family and I come here all the time because we all enjoy the different varieties of pizza they offer -- especially my two boys -- at such reasonable prices. Whoever said that it's unreasonable to have a meal for a family of 4 for under $20 is wrong because our favorite pizza place in town affords us that opportunity, so thank you very much!

This location appears to be severely understaffed sometimes. Becky, my cashier and pizza technician, created two aesthetically pleasing pizzas that were delicious. Great potential, but it's clear that the management here needs to eliminate their shortcomings

I've been a customer for a few months now and the pizzas are fantastic! Never a long wait for them to be made and the employees are always kind. The sides are always great. Definitely the only place I'll get pizzas for now on! By the way, for people who can't read the large signs and bold letters posted in store, the bathrooms are for employees only and it's always been that way. And it's a "Take and Bake" pizza shop, so don't complain if your pizza isn't cooked at the store :)

This review is based on on customer service and not the food. I was looking at Papa Murphys website and had a today only 4.99 one topping at select locations. I showed my location for this store and drove 13 miles to pick up the pizza. When I asked the girl who was nice but clueless behind the counter told me it was online only. I explained to her that it was not online only. She went and talked to her manager who didn't have the decency to talk to me and told the employee it was online only. I realized I had left my phone at home so couldn't show them. I got back home and rechecked the special and sure enough there is no place it says online only hence the review. My recommendation to the owner is get rid of that manager. You can't survive without a manager who is knowledgeable can educate his employees and provide good customer service.
