Today was my first time coming here. Parking was an absolute nightmare — there are very few spaces available. Once inside, though, the atmosphere was great, and the woman who took our order was amazing. Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended. We paid $25 for two original cheeseburger meals with very simple modifications, and both meals were completely wrong. Not a single modification was done correctly. I tried calling back multiple times to address the issue, but couldn’t get through at all — the calls wouldn’t connect. Because of this experience, I honestly don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. It’s going to take a while to get past such a disappointing first visit.

Super mediocre burger spot. Took almost 30 minutes on a slow Saturday lunch at 2:30. Minimal flavor to the meat of the burger. The fries were okay- my toddler would only eat a few, which was a surprise because she loves fries (tells you they weren’t that good). Overall, I wouldn’t come back🤷🏻♀️

It's smashbuger like a bunch of common restaurants. Tasty for sure, but nothing out of this world. Interior is my old school, AC can be lacking, with slow service. So if you wanna try, go for it, you won't regret it, but Five guys or smashbuger sell the same thing.

This place has horrible customer service. We were sitting for an HOUR and no one said ANYTHING the lady that took our order was so nice but she said it would be out in a couple minutes after a while the person cleaning tables came out to obviously do her job but didn't say ANYTHING to us not a sorry we're running behind or sorry about the wait it will just be a little longer or ANYTHING and after waiting 45 mins the people that had just arrived got their food first. so i went up to the counter and asked how much longer because we had been there an hour and the lady( glasses tattoos on her neck) looked at me and said it will be next up. not an apology or an ounce of concern for the amount of time we had been there. after we FINNALY got our food IT WAS COLD AND OUR FRIES HAS NO SEASONING!!!! I'm never coming back here and neither should anybody. I was not the only person complaining about the wait and asking for a manager that wasn't even there. you can SEE the burgers just sitting there waiting for fries and that's just ridiculous. do better.

We had the worst experience at this restaurant tonight. Waited 50 minutes for our hamburgers, and the restaurant was not even busy. My medium ordered burger was burnt and onions rings were ice cold. Complained about the wait time and no apologies were even given. Will not be frequenting here again anytime soon!

Fries are the store bought frozen Ore Ida....and we're SERIOUSLY overcooked. The burger was...edible, no flavor at all. This place has gone seriously downhill, not worth the 33 bucks for mi e and my wife's food.
