What a fun place! All sorts of car and music memorabilia on all the walls. Root beer in a frosty mug. Shakes, burgers, fries, onion rings. All delicious. But my favorite is the Nichol's poor boy, a fried bologna sandwich to die for, with extra thick bologna, all the veggies, on grilled Texas toast. My pick every time I go.

Burgers were still very pink in the middle, veggies on burgers were a bit old looking, chicken strips were good, fries were good, chicken sandwich was not edible. Staff was great! Very good customer service.

I've lived in Waxahachie for over 30 years and have often heard great things about Pop's over the years, but I never tried them. I love going to see the vintage cars when they'd have their shows at Pop's, but always failed to eat. Shame on me because I was missing out on GREAT food! Finally tried them on Friday, February 16th, when I went there to check out motorcyles after a man, who goes by Tank, that I'd met and spoke with while checking out THE SHOP on Main Street in downtown Waxahachie.Pop's really has the vintage feel and look of burger joints from days gone by, with food that does not disappoint. They even have a black bean "burger" for those who live the vegan lifestyle. You really need to try them!Vegetarian options: Black bean burger alternative is offered

I saw this place on tick toc and it got great reviews so I was excited to try it. I ordered the burger with 3 Patty's with mushrooms and BBQ sauce. When I got my burger I got 3 small squirts of BBQ sauce for 3 Patty's and then the bun absorbed all of it. Unfortunately I was not blown away by this burger and I wanted to be. The meat had no flavor and I had to put ketchup on the burger for some taste, afterall my bbq sauce was mia. The mushrooms on the burger were good, but that's about it. I'll have to try it again for a second chance since maybe today they were off their game. So, if I do and I have a better burger I'll update this.
