It’s almost always busy, but you still get your food relatively fast. The orders have always been accurate, and the customer service is pretty decent. The cleanliness of the dining room could use a little help, and the music is super loud.

30 minutes in drive-thru for 2 cars. Lady in window had a 15 minute conversation with a customer in the window with a line building up. Got to the window and they had lost my order and had to restart. Added another 10 minutes. Worst canes experience ive had

The lady at the window was rude and took a sauce out of my box. It also took longer than usual because the people inside decided their conversation was more important than my food burning. The photo doesn’t look bad and actually makes it look edible, but the bread was so hard I could barely chew it and it’s not like I’m older and have problems eating food; it was just simply that hard.

Ordered at drive thru, 2, 3 piece meals. When we got home 1 meal contained only 1 chicken tender. I called restaurant & a nice guy answered phone, I asked for a manager I heard the manager say “I don’t have time to talk” & was then rudely put on hold without explanation. Then my son comes & tells me his chicken was not edible & his lemonade tasted awful.

We stopped by to eat at this canes location and the service was not it. I get it was busy but the way the lady ignored me when I asked about a pick up order I had placed but didn’t see when I woken with her she turned around and talked to another lady and said ‘I don’t know I’m too busy she’s gonna hold up my line’ so I just stood back into line and just waited to get spoken to again..just thought it as really rude I mean I get your busy there’s a line out the door but still not cool..

Cane's is still Cane's of course, recipe and chicken has changed in recent years and it's not as great as it used to be. Still a Mid place to eat at, and prices don't help the cause either. Location was clean and staff was friendly.

The cashier had great customer service, although it was busy, they were pretty quick.. It was my cheat day so I asked for the box combo, extra crispy, and they fulfilled my every desire! Very delicious, fresh, and hot! Great customer service!
