Best chicken fingers I've ever had. Super friendly staff, quick service, amazing food. Super affordable prices too, especially for what you get. 11/10 would recommend to anyone, even Vegans

Went to pick up an order earlier than expected and Emily took care of me with a big smile, very attentive and helpful, totally love the way everything was handled, fast service, pleasant visit for a Friday on a rush hour.. great job guys!!..

Dining room is always filthy. If you go any time after 9 they will say they are out of trays cause they are too lazy to wash them for you. Instead you get to go boxes where they give you half the amount you ordered. Always something at this location

Raising Cane's is one of my favorite spots, but this was my first time visiting the location at 1600 N US Highway 77 in Waxahachie. I'm happy to report that this store lives up to the brand's reputation. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. The food was great, just as delicious as I expected—hot and fresh. My absolute favorite part of this chain is the sauce; it’s one of my all-time favorites and never disappoints. The lady who took my order was just okay, nothing special, but overall it was a pleasant experience. If I find myself in this part of Waxahachie again, I’ll definitely be back for more.

Reposting my review from 10/04/25 because I still have not received any assistance.! Do not keep telling me to fill out the form (I have at least three times) on the website or to call. I CANNOT call… I physically CANNOT talk on the phone. I will not be able to talk on the phone just because you tell me to. Either offer an accessible accommodation within your main customer service (we’re talking about all raising canes locations after all) or I’ll also be reporting to the ADA. It’s beyond easy to *also* offer written correspondence. Each time I submit a form I state the fact that I cannot talk on the phone. And to not call me or ask me to call please as I cannot talk on phones. And yet constantly I keep getting told to call. It’s incredibly rude to not even read my messages and just keep giving automated responses. I thought raising canes was more advanced in the times than that. Making a whole community feel unwelcome at Raising Canes. I will not be returning to any locations with such a cold lack of response… and the nasty cold food.

Order was finished fast but I guess that should have been my first red flag. Fast but not fresh. I ordered a 3 piece combo, sub toast for extra fries. Paid for an extra sauce, and no drink. Food was ice ice cold, no noticeable difference in fries given, and extra sauce (that did cost extra) was missing. Sad day to eat a chicken finger.

I've eaten here before and the meals have been OK. This was an 11PM Sunday meal and the experience wasn't good. The tenders really weren't tender, mostly crunch with not a lot of meat involved. Don't like the toast so I substitute cole slaw, which has been consistently good. The crinkle cut fries are hard to screw up, they did a good job of trying though. Drinks a drink. Atmosphere not bad late at night, I avoid the daytime crowds since it can get very noisy. Service was fine, I'll forgive the lad for dropping some of my change on the floor, it takes two to tango, such is life.

Great chicken strips. My young grandkids love it. We eat inside and enjoy each other's conversation. Then head of for the adventure of the day.

Out of all the fast food places, you would think a place that has a very limited menu would get things right. I ordered a gallon of sweet tea and they gave me an unlabeled jug of unsweetened tea. I was greeted with a bitter taste and immediately spat out my drink as soon as I tasted it. Very disappointed. Please label your gallons so you can differentiate between sweet and unsweet.
