Rosa's Cafe & Tortilla Factory

I didn't like it at all.
My reason is that food is nothing like I've ever tasted before. Not good to me. Serve was bad.
When I walked in my first time I didnt know where to go what to do. No one I ask would help.
A man appeared from the back after about 5 mins to take my order. No one not even him explained the process. No one said look at the tv screen that's far in the corner for your number.
To me the worse was the food for me. It wasn't for me doesn't mean you shouldn't go.

Just left from here, they gave me molded food and did not even have everything I ordered.
All that was said was my bad with a laugh.

Tacos are pretty good.
Breakfast plates are delicious 😋

The green chili beef stew plate is awesome. My wife and I both enjoy every time we go.

We used to go to Rosa's in Waco when visiting the kids when they were at Baylor. Great to have them in Waxahachie, food is good and service is quick.

The chile verde breakfast was delicious. Chorizo beans and salsa were good too. The prices are reasonable. Self service dine in is your best bet.

Went Friday at 5:30pm to beat the crowd. Was not crowded. Ordered our food.
Looking for a place to sit and noticed six tables not cleared. Our food was ready quickly. The woman cleaning tables talking to a customer for ten minutes. We were there about 35 minutes and noticed only two of those tables cleaned and six more were not. ?????

I really did not want to have to degrade a business, however I have given the Waxahachie Rosas location several chances and each time I was let down and they do not care, they just make excuses. This morning is the last time I will give this location my business. I had a catering order that was to be picked up at 6:45, I did not arrive until 7:15 and they did not have the order ready, stated that they did not check their catering. And here i sit at 7:41am like a dummy and still no tacos for my employees. ROSAS I PRAY YOU ALL DO BETTER. From day one you blew it for me and I gave you several chances and you blew each and every one.

Tasty food, servers very friendly and professional.

Very good and FAST service.. we haven't had a single issue the couple of times we've gone through the drive thru.. They should probably reconsider switching their breakfast times through Noon on weekends.
