The food was tasty and the sandwiches were stuffed. My problem was I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a Pastrami and Swiss on Rye got home and had a Pastrami and Swiss Wrap! What a bummer I was hungry for Rye bread. The help really screwed up!!! My fault for not checking my full order. If you go to this location CHECK YOUR ORDER

I recently placed an online order, but my experience was disappointing. When I arrived at the drive-thru to pick up my order, I wasn’t informed that the soup I selected was unavailable and had been replaced without anyone notifying me beforehand. Additionally, the pizza I received was soggy and not up to standard. I hope this feedback can help improve the quality of service and communication in the future.

I always ask Schlotzky's tothem to run the bread through to toaster with nothing on it; then run it through the way they normally do. This is the only location that gets it right. Love it.

I got the California Chicken Avocado Flat bread. It had 4 small cubes of Chicken, no bacon at all ( it's supposed to have bacon) I basically paid $12 or so for an avocado flat bread. I called the store and told them about it, they said they didn't have bacon "that day", no reason given why only 4 small cubes of chicken, no nothing except " sorry for your inconvenience"

Just went to the Waxahachie location and I asked for a classic but the meat only Turkey no other meats. My receipt shows that and I drove off and it had the red meats. I called up there and the person on the phone would not give me her name but has a Spanish accent, said that is my fault I should have checked my food. She said manager isn’t here so you are not getting a refund and then hung up on me. Of course driving back over there now. But that’s the customer service you get when management isn’t there. Hope management fixes this.
