Exactly why I PERFER drive thru smoothie places rather than walk in. They had this loud country song on repeat and were cleaning loud. I order a 20oz smoothie and got the largest. Was charged for the largest as well. On top of it, they seem to want to ask for the left over change for tips. Probably happened because it’s unbearable to hear in the place. Also no receipt.

The customer service I experienced was not good. I walked in for a pick up order and no one greeted me or asked if I was there for a pickup order. I assumed everyone was busy but there were three employees there just standing around not helping other customers. After about 5 mins I asked if I was in the right spot for a pickup and the girl just kinda looked at me and signaled another employee to help me. The other employee didn’t say hi or greet me and just asked for my name. The order was ready and he handed it to me. The lack of greeting is unfortunate but them having me wait for no reason without asking me if I needed help was annoying. My bowl was super melted and runny when I got home and I had to throw it in the freezer to try and get it a little solid again. The bill was very watery and not a smoothie texture at all. Very poor service and product.
Very good the staff was very helpful they knew exactly what I needed. It was great. I will definitely go back again.

Had the pleasure of visiting Smoothie King with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. As we entered we noticed there were no slip or trip hazards and we were greeted with welcome to Smoothie King by the employees. The customer service was great. Before I placed an order one of the employees was already making what I like.I would definitely recommend visiting Smoothie King if your near by."Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"
