Just went to showbiz wanted the largest one it was listed at $6.45 he said he didn’t have the large so I had to get the next one down which was fine. I was gonna pay with cash. He said he didn’t have any cash. Could I play with the card I paid with the card and the price for one was $6.45, I should’ve opened my mouth, but won’t be back also also poured almost the fourth of a cup of syrup out way too much not rounded top flat top

Staff is not knowledgeable of what comes in The Harry Potter and probably all the drinks. 3 ppl in there and not 1 could tell me so I said F it. Keep it simple and give me wild cherry.. now the drink was ok.. good flavor, nothing special.. also the cashier at the window allowed some girl cut us in line and take her order before ours, when she definitely saw us in line..

BEWARE: Girl on register will not give your change unless pushed too. My change was $2.32. She handed me two dollars. I asked where the rest was. She goes, “Oh, you want that? We normally round down.” As I stand there quietly waiting for her to angrily tap on her tablet to get the change drawer open, she mutters, “I don’t even think we have change.” I replied, “I wish you had mentioned all this before I gave you my money.” After a hot minute, she finally produced 32 cents and angrily thrust it into my hand.
Along with the money issue, the flavors that were once amazing at this place are no longer there. Sadly, I will not be returning to this place.

I have nothing left!!! I have lived here my whole life and this really hurts. I walked up to get my snow cone and looked at the prices on the cups in the window to brace myself for an expected price increase. I'd like a #4 flat top please. That will be $5.75 she said after writing my order on a pad. Which never happened with old ownership. I chalked that up to not everyone can spend the time on how to memorize an order. I handed over my $20 and received back $12.35 in change. After an awkward discussion of how math works I received my correct change. While waiting on my snow cone I witnessed customer after customer requesting additional napkins to clean the messy cups they were given. The time finally came when the magic window opened and my order was announced. My excitement was quickly extinguished as I noticed the cup size in which my snow cone was made. The advertised cups in the window were not a true and accurate representation. As I walked in defeat back to my car I took a big drink of my water down snow cone. I'm not sure if they watered it down or if it's my tears. I know things change and not all people run a business the same. I hope the previous owners didnt set the bar too high. I'm willing to come back later this summer and see what if any changes have been made. I would love to edit this review with positive changes.

THIS IS NOT THE SAME PLACE!!! The snow cones are overpriced and the flavors are horrible…I’m so disappointed…$13 for 3 small snow cones!! Wtw

The snow cones made under new management is nowhere close to the great quality they once were. Now they taste watered down. Won’t be going back.

Not the same… new owners have ran it into the ground, don’t waste your time here and just drive over to the Ennis location.

They were out of the first 2 flavors I asked for. Charged me $10 for the tiniest 2 flat tops with cream. They don’t even have the prices listed where you can see them anymore so I was shocked . So sad!*Just looked at the photo someone posted a month ago and that same size was $2.50 (with cream)! Definitely feel ripped off.

Nothing like the old owners at all from sno cone’s to the service. The ice was chunky, barely any juice and it tasted very watered down. Paid $13 for two and both were covered in juice on the outside of the cup, I had to ask for napkins to clean the cup myself. Honestly probably won’t go back after today.

They charge to much and it is very watered down. $20 for three snow cones for a size three it is outrageous.

Absolutely awful now. ? Prices are higher and flavors do NOT taste the same. Don't waste your time because you'll be wasting your money.
