The staff was so happy and truly looked like they enjoyed being there. They were very friendly to customers and each other. Their happiness changed my whole mood. It’s the morning staff for me that made it a day changing experience!!

First of all, I want to say the service was perfect and quick and there are no complaints there. I stopped by for a refresher and water today. I always stop for an ice water after I clean my Stanley Cup because I know Starbucks is filtered multiple times and it's always so good in a fresh cup. Well, throughout the day the small amount of ice I got melts, and when I am drinking it I look down and suddenly notice the water is cloudy. I took of the lid and it's extremely cloudy. This is disappointing as a former partner and now I'm wondering what I have been ingesting. Please check your lines. My refresher was watered down so I didn't just have half of my Stanley, I had a venti cloudy refresher.

NEXT DAY: I went back this morning for a Americano. I am house sitting so I had no choice but to travel back for my coffee. Again, former recent partner. I can taste the difference between Pike and an Americano. I know sometimes they do Pike to save time. I got a Pike at an Americano price today.

The experience at this Starbucks is amazing. I've ordered both inside and in the drive thru. The food is always phenomenal and the atmosphere both inside and outside is very welcoming. I particularly love the butter croissants which are light, airy, and fluffy! The staff are fairly nice and the wait time is always minimal even if there are long lines. Thank you Starbucks in Waxahachie!

This Bux has the busiest drive thru I've ever witnessed. Luckily, I wanted to sit inside and chill with my laptop and walked RIGHT up to the counter, and placed my order. The line to the drive thru lasted for a good 4 (insane) solid hours, so I noted to place a mobile order for sure if I'm on the Go. Btw, the foot (non-stop) traffic is not to be forgotten, idk where ppl found parking tho.. ;] ..... I will still visit again

This is the second day in a row that I've been here where the service is so so so slow! There is a camera on the screen and as I waited for 8 minutes to for her to take my order, I watched as she took a selfie before finally taking my order. It was the same young lady yesterday! I'm going to start going elsewhere. It is ridiculous to be stuck in a drive thru for over 30 minutes!

This comment is not pointed towards the particular Starbucks that we visited. It is, however, pointed at the corporation as a whole. We’ve noticed that the food being served is far less appetizing than it used to be. Examples: hardly any nuts in the banana nut loaf, sizes of almost all items have significantly decreased yet prices continue to rise, items are frequently expired per the date printed on their plastic packaging and the amount of uncooked bacon on the breakfast sandwich is laughable, at best. The corporation has lost this customer. There are far too many choices to continue frequenting a sub-par establishment.
