I recently went in and I usually have a great experience with all staff there BUT this time a young lady named Caroline was the barista and she had a passive aggressive personality like if she doesn’t want to be there or annoyed. The one thing that was very annoying was that the whole time she was preparing our drinks, she was talking out loud about her personal business with her co worker that seemed to be on break standing on the other side of the counter. She didn’t care if people were hearing around her and in my opinion that slows her down. I hope I never have to order from her again.

?They made me a super delicious vinte cold brew coffee, dash of heavy cream, whipped cream and three Splendas...even the Starbucks employee said that looks delicious...healthy, low calorie and on my keto carnivore lifestyle...yum. hope from Florida? ?

I am not sure the ladies name, she is a sweet blonde lady who works in the mornings most mornings, but she carries this Starbucks! Is always positive and inviting to everyone. She tries to strike conversations and recommends drinks. She is the main reason I come to this Starbucks! Thank you for what you do and making drinks delicious and starting my mornings off on the right foot, even if I am having a bad morning.

Starbucks should close this location. We constantly have issues with this location. The drive thru line is always super long and by the time you get to the window your frozen drinks are melted. Today we asked for them to be remade so they did but then left off whipped cream.

Asked for a pumpkin spice cold brew with soy milk, the milk was spoiled and chunky. Yum! Never again. I’m sick to my stomach.

A disappointing representation of Starbucks. Two days in a row I had to have my drink remade. I asked why every Starbucks I go to my drink looks consistent. Here it doesn’t even look the same. After the barista yelled at me I aske to speak to the manager and substandard customer service. I am so glad I tried this drink elsewhere or I wouldn’t know how good it could be. Thankfully there are other locations I can cater too. I am happy to tell everyone I know about this unhappy experience not yo mention they are incredibly slow in the drive thru.
