The people there tonight wasn't good.no greating standing there for 3 mins went to the restroom come back stranded there for 2 mins no saying nothing so I leave they don't care for your business. You need sure fire them

Maybe hire employees that actually know the menu. The guy there really wanted me to believe that the kids meal doesn’t come with applesauce and a drink. It clearly states on the menu that it’s included with the sandwich. Yeah I’ll never be back. On top of that, subway does not have a customer service # to call. What a rip off! I want my money back.

I've eaten at a lot of different subways and this store is the best! They always get our sandwiches perfect. The vegetables are always fresh. They pay attention to what we've ordered. It's greatly appreciated!

I had the hot pepperoni sandwhich yesterday 5/19, that was the only thing i had to eat. ending up having food poisoning from here, I don’t think the food was fresh at all. The workers are great but the food made me really sick

What's advertised and what you get..... they don't even tell you that you cannot customize it until you get to the end. If I could've added lettuce, that would've made it at least a little bit better.
Wasted my time driving 10 minutes to this location (because apparently they're open 24hrs) only to be told they're only doing online orders after i waited in line for another 10-15minutes.

Dustin and Grace are a force to be reconned with!! Super busy shop with folks just coming in angry and they handled all orders with poise and professionalism. This owner is lucky to have them in board. We appreciate it for sure!

Do not go there during after hours. I ordered a Honey mustard wrap and told her how I want it. She told me it was called something else and gave me a wrap with cold meat, did not even heat it up for me

Walked In at 8pm on 4/7/2025. All 3 workers decided they all wanted to work drive through and no one wanted to take my order, so I went to fire house instead where someone was happy to take my order. Please do better.

Went through drive thru today about 4:30 there's one car at window and one trying to order and I'm behind them they don't take your order until they get the one in front of you out So I waited 20 minutes. Start to order charros and cookies. Both on menu after waiting this long she tells me they no longer sell charros or pretzels. I told her after waiting 20 minutes just to take my order to find out they no longer sell items they have on there menu if she would just took my order when I pulled up I would have found out and saved 20 minutes of my life I will never go back to Waxahchie Tx subway.

I drive to subway in waxahachie after coming from red oak, thinking I had submitted my app order.. upon pulling up we realized the order didn’t go thru… when I say that young lady at the window was so nice and sweet, she said I’ll be right back I’m going to make those for you… I come home take a bite and I want to say this young lady has made me the best sub I have ever had in the history of me coming to this location. I just want to thank her so much for her hospitality and attention to detail in my order ! Sincerely, a Sonic manager.

I ordered a sandwich, and it was a combo, so I had a drink and chips supposed to be with it. It was picked up and I was brought a sandwich. Nothing, but a sandwich. Where's my drink and chips? We called the number on the receipt that was attached to the bag, and immediately it was our fault, and the caller said "oh well if they are busy you should look at your order" I'm sorry, how should the person who is picking it up know what I got? And two, there was no one in the place whatsoever. So busy, my ass.
