Disgusting just disgusting waited an hour for my food….came out wrong I asked for a manger several times and the manger would not come out. Staff began to yell at another customer and tell her she was rude when she asked sincerely about how much longer her order was. (She has also been waiting about 46 minutes for her order) staff told her she was acting like a child and proceeded to shove tacos at said customer. Another customer also complained about his order as it was one box and it was wrong. As a frequently customer I am severly disappointed and will not be eating at this restaurant ever again. Many customers asked for manger and manger would not come. Rude staff.

Our food came out quickly and our order was correct when we got our food. Very happy. Taco Bell has gotten expensive though, we spent $32 for 2 people.

We went in Round 930pm and after waiting at the counter for several minutes, we were told we had to order on the kiosk. After we ordered with no help we sat down. After 20 minutes my gf went to the counter and asked where our food was. She was told there was drive through order that they needed to do. So after a few minutes I went up and asked and I was asked what the name on our order was.....there was only 2 lobby customers and one just ordered. I was then handed our bag that was already ready and cold and no one told us our food was ready. I asked for a manager and was denied one. It was literally a bunch of children in the place that did not know what they were doing. We were told by a group in there many had waited to order and left. Worst customer service ever! And no supervision!
