I suggest to the person that I can only guess by the colorful clothes that is the manager, if a customer has to get your attention you're under staffed. I've managed labor and food, either you and your opener are slow or you need one more to open with.

I love the food, it good portions, the price is reasonable, the management is cordial. The atmosphere is calm, subtle to relax an enjoyed a Margarita with your significant others.
Asked for some extra cheese for my chips. I was told it was going to cost me. I informed the person behind the counter who appeared to be the manager that I usually get more than what they were providing. He insisted if I wanted more I needed to pay for it. Here’s a photograph of what I received.

Spend a lots of Taco cabanas over 30 years or more. This is one of the best. Friendly service. Always smiles and the food is good! Make sure and tell them they're doing a good job and likely they will remember you!

First of all, we waited over 20 minutes for our order. There was only one other couple in the restaurant. They were already eating.
When we finally did get our food, it was cold. I asked and paid for a side of sour cream and got a drizzle.
The staff was extremely nonchalant and not helpful at all.
