I gave the service a 5 star rating, but only for one reason. Sameenah (sp?) She works the morning shift, she's observant, kind, and personable. When she is not there, I would give it a 1 star rating. She is great at customer service and just gets it. "Customer" is what keeps the place open. I love Whataburger, but this store needs to take notes on customer service and what it does to the overall atmosphere.

Paul B and Big Mike have created an excellent experience. Professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care about customer satisfaction.
It's hard to find a place like this.
