This is a horrible location for Ubereats and DoorDash drivers. It’s so chaotic! Some drivers are waiting up to 1 hour for their orders to be ready. You have to fix the yourselves which nightmare because people are everywhere! The staff is very young and clueless, they need someone to manage this place it’s a mess!

This is the best Wingstop I've been to. Food is great but it's the service and atmosphere that keeps me coming back. They immediately greet you before the door closes behind you🤣 All Wingstop franchises needs to take notes from Waxahachie.

Poor customer service. My order was incorrect and instead of correcting the order by replacing the wings with wings that were already cooked, I had to wait another 25 minutes for them to remake the food. Don't come here if you are on your lunch break.

New to the area(sept). & every time I have ordered from here its been a horrible experience rather it was in person or delivery my order is always incorrect. Something is either missing or wrong. I never request my tenders well done and they still come extra crispy. Friday night my family decided to TRY again & again was very disappointed. Our wait exceeded the time given due to whatever reason i requested all flats on one order which is an upcharge and received mixed drums and flats. Our fries were cold and seasonless and we are literally 4 mins from the location and my tenders were extra crispy again. Very disappointing and its the only location in this city! Hope they get better because driving to another city just to get good wingstop is beginning to become insane when theres one less than 5 mins from our residence.
For the last few orders instead of receiving fries, I received potato sticks. Meaning they are hard and over cooked. I usually enjoy eating here. But the last few orders. My meal has not been good. Not sure what’s going on but apparently I’m not the only one since the current rating is 2.5 here.
