I love their wings and blue cheese, but this location couldn't read a ticket right if it was verbally stated to them. I never have an issue with the food, but I have paid for so many extra blue cheese, sauces, sides, and drinks that they never gave me or just made completely wrong that if I asked for a refund for them I would eat free here for a month. The only times I have gotten it right is if I was in the store or called immediately after placing my order, but I don't always have time because I'm at work. If I could go to a different location I would just so I can get what I paid for.

If I could give a negative star I would. Wings get done in 3 min now? Be real. This the second time in a row I’ve been served left overs and it’s irritating. I even asked if they were fresh and was lied to. It’s a shame when I live down the street (literally 3 minutes away) and still have to warm up my food when I get home. Used to be my favorite restaurant but will NEVER show up again.

Love the buffalo sauce. And the ranch is one of a kind god tier ranch. I have no clue what they put in their ranch or what they use, but it's like crack and I can't stop dipping my wings in it. Always leave satisfied!! Good food and fantastic service!

This is a horrible location for Ubereats and DoorDash drivers. It’s so chaotic! Some drivers are waiting up to 1 hour for their orders to be ready. You have to fix the yourselves which nightmare because people are everywhere! The staff is very young and clueless, they need someone to manage this place it’s a mess!

This is the best Wingstop I've been to. Food is great but it's the service and atmosphere that keeps me coming back. They immediately greet you before the door closes behind you🤣 All Wingstop franchises needs to take notes from Waxahachie.

Poor customer service. My order was incorrect and instead of correcting the order by replacing the wings with wings that were already cooked, I had to wait another 25 minutes for them to remake the food. Don't come here if you are on your lunch break.
