This is probably one of the best chipotle locations I’ve ever visited. Customer service is exceptional, second to none. Food is always fresh and hot, staff is happy to see you and the store is clean. I’ve gone to every chipotle in dfw, this is the gem of them all.
This seems to be a very busy Chipotle. They were out of Sofritas and were just passing through. They made fresh and gave us drinks while we waited. The workers were cleaning bathrooms and it smelled wonderful. The workers were very kind & courteous.
Today my family and I ordered our food online.
When my daughter opened the foil off of her Chipotle bowl she noticed one of her toppings was missing, and there was a hair. Needless to say my daughter did not eat her bowl ..... money thrown away. :(
