Ginza has new management and ownership. But the service is still good. The menu has been paired down to focus on Japanese cuisine and it has been good. All the items I have had have been excellent. A worthy contender for sushi in town.

Date night and we heard a lot about Ginza Japanese Cuisine. So happy we went there.
We had egg rolls and our meal started with onion soup..very delicious.
I had the Hibachi Scallops with fried rice.
Hubby had the Hibachi Chicken with fried rice. We finished with Tempura Cheese Cake. You need to try it.
Everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

Let me tell you; this is everything you need. Texture and flavor are POW. So pow. Incredible. The two rolls for 28 whopping bucks however so I knocked off one star for how stupid expensive that is .. but worth it since I couldn't make this dish myself..but then I added the star back because it was so incredibly good. I liked the Dynamite Roll over...
