Heim Barbecue Weatherford offers a mixed experience. The BBQ Blob sandwich and the brisket and jalapeño 2 meat plate were amazing, with brisket that melted in the mouth like butter. The portions are big, filling, and AMAZING quality, though it is a little pricey. The bacon burn in they literally melt in your mouth and are 5 star food. The Mac and cheese is the worst, especially for $5.99 per side, and way over priced. The fried Okra was very good and crisp, but the cole slaw had no flavor. The brisket was loaded with fat, more fat then actual meat, and the ribs were mostly bones. The place is neat, the atmosphere was clean but very loud. The owner/manager was kind and engaging, and the servers and service was efficient and super friendly. The wait time to receive food to the table was longer than any other barbecue place. The jalapeño bread was very good.
