We went through the drive thru at 7:30 on Saturday evening. I wanted to order a 15 pc meal and they said no meals were a. So I ordered 3 of their Number 1 combos . Received no choice of outsides and no biscuits. Worst experience. I live 1 mile fron there , and this is my 3rd bad experience. Sad , I grew up with KFC
Ordered extra crispy breast and Mac & cheese. I got an under cooked original thigh and fries, which is on par with every other time I have been here. I love other KFCs but this one has never gotten my order right.
We came to KFC today to get chicken pot pie. The service was okay as always. Not great but okay. However they almost burnt both of our chicken pot pies. They were still okay but had a slight burnt taste to it. Since it's really the only time they've ever made a mistake for us this isn't enough to make me stop coming.

KFC serves good and fresh food. The store is very clean, and the staff are friendly and nice. The tea is also a highlight. Chicken is big, hot and perfect, same with mashed potatoes and biscuit. Service couldn't have been better. Although there may be some issues with orders, like a long wait at the drive-thru, the staff are willing to make it right. The management and staff have made a great turnaround, making it a decent place to grab a meal, whether it's a 16-piece chicken or a pot pie.
