They're so hard to get ahold of and they are never open. Online it says they close at 10 but they really close at 8. 8?! Not sure why they close before any other food place but it's ridiculous. Place had gone down hill bad. I just called and asked what time they close and she said 11- then corrected it to 10 but on here it says 8?

Called and placed a pick up order, the lady repeated this correct pick up address for me. Got here and the employee didn’t greet me, just stared and acted annoyed. Claimed no order was made here. Had to wait additional time for my order.

Ordered a pizza that's supposed to have 100 pepperonis, I count less than 40. It's also not supposed to be a pan crust, and the crust is undercooked in the middle. I'm done with this place's slop. Photo attached.They took the seats out of the lobby for some reason too, which sucks. Now everyone has to stand in the lobby waiting for their illmade slop.

I ordered pretzel crust pizza. The crust was crunchy, not soft. I was in a hurry and didn't check it before I left the store. It was the second time I got bad pizza from them. First time pizza was replaced second time after filing a complaint. I never heard from the restaurant.
