we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.
The workers tonight on 1/13/2023 are hard workers. It was super busy in little Caesars tonight, I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, then sat and waited for my pizza to be made as I did not order ahead and was happy to wait for it. There were several people in and out and someone claimed my order as their own.
