Do yourself a favor and eat here. Bacon con chili "totchos" (loaded tator tots) WOW Made a road trip stop this morning for some breakfast tacos and this little food truck is on point We had bacon breakfast tacos-everyone loved including kids and my husband and I added the ***red salsa Great food friendly owners, thrilled we found this little gem
I agree with the other reviews. We lived in Houston area 30 plus years and have tried a lot of taco trucks. Mama Veras is one of the best. We had the tacos on corn tortillas. The tortillas were warm and not dried out. I had the chorizo and egg. Lots of chorizo. My wife had potato and egg. My wife is very picky about any food truck and she was impressed. Owner was very helpful. As you can see in my pictures the inside equipment is all stainless. Very clean. Hot sauce was very good....read full review

Stopped by the Mama Vera's food truck outside of Major Perks Coffee. I couldn't have been happier with the food and service. I love breakfast burritos and this will be go to spot from now on. Had a great conversation with the owners and thoroughly enjoyed my burrito. Can't wait to go back, recommend to follow them on Facebook so see where they'll be.
